마르센세스 로사 델 마르 호텔 & 스파(MarSenses Rosa del Mar Hotel & Spa)

Hotel vraiment agréable, entièrement rénové et propre. Décoration soignée et zen. Une équipe souriante, ayant du plaisir à s'occuper de leurs clients (familles avec enfants essentiellement). Nous avons profité de la terrasse lors des repas, ce qui nous a garanti un calme absolu, au chant des oiseaux et canaris voisins au petit déjeuner. Vous trouverez obligatoirement votre bonheur lors des repas : il y a du frais (fruits crudités legumes) et des préparations "maisons" salées et sucrées. Nous sommes au mois d'avril, le plein été est peut-être plus agité et bruyant.. Idéalement situé, tout proche de la plage et de ses multiples commerces, restaurants et bars. Je vous recommande cet hôtel d'un excellent rapport qualité prix en cette saison.

Nous avons passez un excellent séjour. L'appartement est spacieux, bien amenagé La salle de bain de très bonne taille Les installations sont conformes aux descriptifs Quant à la demie pension, c'est une orgie de nourriture. Les buffets sont garguentuesques

An absolute dream of a hotel, everything was 10/10. I come every year and this year I came with my young baby and partner. The staff could not be more accommodating! The food was amazing and the spa is top tier. Thank you for such a delight! Can’t wait for my next stay x

Not the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The rooms were cold at night with no heating. The evening meal was poor and the food was not warm enough for me. They couldn’t find our booking at check in saying it was a bookings department mistake, then we got a room with a street view and not the pool view we had booked. Overall very disappointed.

Hotel malisimo tanto el personal como las habitaciones, limpiaban la habitacion dia si y dia no, yo nunca e visto eso en ningun hotel y e visitado varios, llevabamos media pension y el hotel no tenia opcion de almuerzo solo cena. En la cena no entraba ni agua ni ninguna otra bebida, una autentica decepcion, no volveré.

I visited here in April 2023 and again in April 2024. We had a fabulous time, the rooms are clean and the newly refurbished rooms are lovely. The food, spa everything is fabulous, we have booked to come back again in August. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to any type of traveller. Its definitely my new favourite.

Pros: The hotel itself is lovely - bright, spotlessly clean Staff are really friendly We stayed half board and the food was excellent (breakfast and dinner buffet) Kids & adult entertainment excellent Very family friendly Cons: Weather in April is not the warmest, the hotel is freezing throughout which is bearable during the day but our room was so cold at night. Adjusting the aircon did nothing, I had to sleep in a hoodie and socks. Also the fold out bed that our children were sleeping on only had thin sheets and a blanket, no duvet like the main bed so they were even colder. This would have been a 4 star review, taking 1 away for the cold room. The reason I have given terrible is that 2 days after checking out, the hotel have charged 550 euro to my card, I had a reservation with *******, which I cancelled ahead of my trip and booked directly with the hotel as it was cheaper. Upon arrival they tried to charge me the full amount of my stay, I showed them I had paid in full and emailed the receipt. They said they would speak to the reservations team. Noone from the reservation team contacted me. I emailed ******* who said the booking was not cancelled (I sent them to a screenshot to show it had been) and that it was between them and the hotel. I heard no more from the hotel on this matter, noone approached me or contacted me. Upon checkout I queried if all settled and was told yes only for this random 550 to be taken from my account yesterday. It is absolutely disgusting!! If the issue was not resolved, they should have made me aware as a guest in the hotel for an entire week rather than taking a sneaky payment after I have departed. Terrible terrible experience and frankly shocking from what I thought was such a great, customer focused hotel. This has entirely ruined what was a lovely holiday and caused financial problems.

Great location and very clean, we had a short holiday with 2 children and they were delighted with the pools. The indoor pool was lovely but disappointing they allowed giant tubes which Teenagers were jumping into quite dangerous and lifeguard allowed it, we had to leave and another family.
