아파트멘토스 마갈루프 플라야(Magalluf Playa Apartments - Adults Only)

Smelly, dirty, no vibe at the pool, no tv for the remote. We came for the weekend and they wanted 200 euro deposit from us. We refused because we knew they wouldn’t give it us back and we only bought 300 for the weekend. Suddenly they just let us in the room without it. We did have to pay the tax but that was just £19. Pool is dingey, I wouldn’t be getting in the pool at all. Normally on these holidays you make friends at the hotel but that’s not the vibe here at all. Hotel stinks of damp to the point it chokes you.

THE WORSE PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN MY LIFE! I have just come back from a 4 night stay here, however, we checked out on the 3rd night after the microwave BLEW UP in the night! Still unsure how this happened as it was not in use at the time but woke up to the smell of smoke. Incredibly, the fire alarm didn’t even go off which was the icing on the cake to this horrendous apartment. Just to bullet point a few things; The photos are NOT how the apartment's look! After going back down to reception to complain, I was told that the website show a variety of different rooms and it just so happened that we somehow got the worst of the bunch. The rooms have been thrown together! So bad that a piece of wood holding the door frame together FELL OFF the wall & hit me on the head as I was walking past. During our 4 days there we didn’t once get any clean towels and our room was never cleaned throughout the duration of our stay. When I went to reception on multiple occasions, I was told that they were waiting for the clean laundry. In the end we gave up and brought towels. When we first arrived we had to walk past the pool to get to our block. This meant we had to walk past a group of 8-10 drunken boys who shouted derogatory things at us as we walked past. Now I’m not easily intimidated but being just 2 girls I felt it was very awkward. We laughed it off as I’m sure they were just having a laugh but for it to happen every single time you walked past the pool, which you had to do to get anywhere in the apartment (shops, bar or to leave to go out) it got abit much. On the one occasion we sat around the pool, my friend got a ball threw at her twice which was very disrespectful. I’m all for having a laugh, but they had ZERO consideration for anyone else around the pool. I could go on but I’m hoping you get my gist. AVOID this absolute DIVE of a place. Yes it was close to the *****, beach ect but the overall cleanliness, atmosphere and life threatening circumstances were not worth it!!

Room smells funny. Bugs crawling round all the rooms. When we got here they didn’t even have rooms available for us. And took our deposit for a chair that was on clips that had just come out of the clips. The apartments look horrible and are so over expensive for a 2* rated hotel

Unfortunately I’m here for another 3 weeks if I can stomach it. The air con works only in some rooms luckily mine however you’ll be coughing your lungs up. The beds are rock hard and the pillows are wafer thin. The place is an absolute dump and for the price you may think. “It can’t be that bad”. Tempted to try and get arrested because I’m sure prison would be nicer. Hopefully I’ll get used to living here asap. Good luck trying to sleep if your room has no air con because it’s absolutely boiling however the air con will make you really ill and give you breathing problems and you’ll feel like want to throw up pretty much constantly. Do not come here unless you’re fine getting 2/3 hours sleep each night if you’re lucking have no laundry machines in your room or an oven. Extremely disappointed and looking for a hotel to stay at tonight so I can get some sleep and have a clean working shower and hopefully I won’t throw up on my way there. Beyond disappointing.

DO NOT BE SCARED OFF BY REVIEWS. me and a group of my friends stayed here for 6 nights and for what you pay we really couldn’t complain. location was amazing the rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. really can’t fault anything. if you’re looking at going on a girls/lads holiday this hotel is ideal, we had a great time. we were paranoid with some of the reviews that we’d turn up to an inbetweeners hotel with rats or someone sleeping in our bed but it’s completely the opposite, reception staff were amazing as well.

If you are looking for a cheap fun and friendly hotel located in the heart of Maga then look no further. The highlight of the hotel are the two bar staff who run the place they are simply incredible and I can't praise them enough. The rooms are pretty spacious and the balconies are really big , HOWEVER the beds are pretty awful and very uncomfortable but if you are getting back at 6 am in (which is what you should be doing in Maga) then it it's too much off a problem. The swimming pool is pretty big and deep. ( To the bar staff) WE ARE THE Manchester lads , aka dreadful PSG shirts and you getting me absolutely steaming on cheeky vimtos and espresso Martinis. 100% recommend this place.

Me and my friend were staying in palma and were really bored and wanted to go to maga so we booked here, it was so amazing We were terrified of the two star rating but the apartments were absolutely fine and secure, we made so much new friends and the bar staff downstairs were lovely The only thing is the smell from the bathrooms due to the poor plumbing was annoying but other than that everything was perfect and i’d definitely recommend for a cheap stay in maga

Inimaginable… Tout d’abord, le nom d’hôtel est un mensonge. « Adult Only » des anniversaires d’enfants à la piscine tout le séjour. Parties communes : 2 ascenseurs avec une capacité maximum de 2 personnes par ascenseur. Il y a 9 étages et les 2 ascenseurs marche une fois sur 2… Des poubelles présents toute la journée en plein hall d’entrée. Logement : mur très fin. Vous pouvez entendrez aisément une conversation. Imaginez-vous les locataires voisins bourrée de 12h du matin à 8h du matin le lendemain. Des cafards et des insectes qui n’ont même pas encore étaient découvert par les scientifiques. Une odeur permanente d’égout dans la douche. Personnel : mise à part les femmes de ménages, le personnel très très désagréable en particulier la dame blonde qui pour toute remarque vous menace d’appeler la police. En gros c’est une arnaque.

Comme un avis précédent c’est une ARNAQUE! Arrivés à 1h dans notre chambre d’hôtel nous rentrons à 5h après être sortis en ville et le gardien de l’hôtel vient toquer à notre porte et nous accuse d’avoir jeté des objets par le balcon. Le directeur arrive ensuite et nous insulte et jette nos affaires en dehors de notre chambre. A 5h45 nous étions à la rue et avons perdus 1300€! N’ALLEZ PAS LA BAS
