Breakfast very poor. Cheap quality and “buffet” not as advertised in photos. Wasps swarming breakfast which hotel staff feed with mouldy old meat left to rot in the sun. No concierge available to help take luggage to room. Room dirty with mosquitos squished into the walls. Bed uncomfortable. Light switches filthy with brown stains. Bathroom has no ventilation, windows or extractors making it smelly and mouldy. Hair dryer filthy, not usable. Shower has very low water pressure and temperature jumps from hot to cold. Pools filthy. None were cleaned once during my 7 night stay. I wasn’t able to use the pools as they were too dirty. Riddled with algae, sand, rust and dirt. Indoor pool was even worse than outdoor in terms of cleanliness. Communal outdoor showers also very dirty. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. Decking outside damaged with wooden beams sticking up in the air. Trip hazard and very unsightly. Relaxation areas are tired and in need of refurb. Sun loungers must be 30 years old. Dirty and uncomfortable with many broken or damaged. Steam room doesn’t work. Sauna dirty and ancient with no scents to add to sauna coals. Hot tub is a warm bathtub without working functions. Communal areas and corridors inside hotel are filthy and riddled with holes and exposed electrical wires and sockets. Very hazardous. Gym equipment is from 1970s and needs replacing. Not a usable gym. Outdoor stairs to road do not have lighting making the journey up and down very dangerous. No staff available for refreshments or snacks. There are no waiters available near any of the pools. Once you’re in there it’s like a prison in terms of services offered. Reception often unmanned, no lifeguard or staff ever seen in the hotel. This place is really poor. This is not a 5 star hotel. It barely warrants 3 stars. Having made numerous complaints they are not cooperating, have not responded to me and aren't offering any form of refund or compensation. I will be taking legal action to get my money back. Hotel is not as advertised online. Misleading photos and information with many of the facilities either not working or too dirty to be usable. Food prices are astronomical for poor, cheap produce. Nothing is homemade. Shocking hotel.

Stunning setting with lovely outdoor dining. Excellent dinners. Substantial breakfast included. The pools are exceptionally beautiful and unique. However, the room was disappointing. Although we had a deck with ocean view, the room itself was tiny, dated, Sparten simple, minimalist, poorly lit, without any lux elements whatsoever, expected at such a hotel. Nevertheless, we would likely stay again - The experience overall offers a more authentic Majorca hotel experience than most hotels.

Not good. Location is pretty but that’s about as far as it goes. Not a 5* hotel by any stretch of the imagination. There wasn’t even a concierge to take our luggage to our room. Breakfast is really poor. Low quality, cheap produce, little variety, and you have to order to the table. Wasps everywhere and I have an allergy making this really uncomfortable. Rooms are good size but extremely dated. Shower is poor and hair dryer filthy. No windows or extractor in bathroom. Holes and dents all over the walls. The pools are very small and very cold but offer privacy. The “gym” is totally inadequate with equipment that looks like it’s from the 1970’s. Sauna is the same. Steam room doesn’t work and they turn off the lights in the indoor pool area so you have to sit in the dark at night. Solarium advertised but non-existent. The main restaurant is a lovely setting but severely overpriced. A bowl of spaghetti with garlic oil cost us €17. We also had a tuna salad with tinned tuna fish and tinned black olives. Very cheap ingredients but extortionate price. Cannot recommend and will not be returning.

Its a nice hotel with friendly and very helpful stuff. Delicious meals and varied food. Nice atmosphere and amazing view from the room. The hotel is getting old and needs definitely some renovations and touch up. we were satisfied and can recommend the hotel

6 star location, room amazing, pools are incredible, but this hotel is a little tired. Staff are good. Breakfast is ok, you need to ask want you want. This is between a 3 and a 4 star…..no way is it a 5 star

What a treasure this place is ! Just beautiful. A typical Spanish style boutique hotel . Beautiful views , fabulous food and incredible staff .A real find ! The beach is a short walk and what a beach ! Clear blue warm sea . No iron or kettle in the room but we saw this on trip advisor and took our own .

Went for dinner here, the food, service and setting was excellent. Couldn’t recommend this place enough - a truely enjoyable experience all round. I’d like to make special mention to the wait staff who were entertaining, attentive and very helpful.

We were staying locally, and decided to venture out for our evening meal. On our first visit, the experience in this restaurant was impeccable. Lovely (slightly older) gentleman waited on us, and the view, food and service was great. So for our last meal on the island, we returned. Different waiting staff - a younger waiter. The starter was lovely, we sent our compliments to the chef. For our main courses, I ordered veal, my friend ordered the cod. The main arrived, and mine was not the veal, it was the lamb. So I brought it up with the waiting staff - and was told in no uncertain terms that the dish in front of me was veal. I can categorically assure you that it was not. I don't know what happened in the kitchen, but the dish presented to me was not what I ordered. The staff refused to accept this, and refused to ask the chef to come out and discuss it. They refused any service at all from then on, and I had to ask them to remove my friends plate once she had finished eating. Her's wasn't good either, but it was what she had ordered. There was nothing else forthcoming from the staff, so we asked for the bill, paid for what we had received correctly, and left. What a shame. One star because I will not be returning, would not recommend this restaurant to anyone else, and would not like anyone else to have to go through what we went through, while on holiday in this beautiful place. Luckily the restaurant in our own hotel (The Coronado - beautiful and highly recommended) was still open - so we were able to have dinner #2!

For a supposed 5 star hotel there was no facility to sit and relax and get a drink or a snack as there was nothing open or available. The bar area was limited to about 3 or 4 indoor tables. On one occasion when the lower bar area was open our request for English tea was met with the response that it would be too difficult to boil a kettle and that we could get that in England!
