Globales Nova

Had a one week stay. Contrary to some reviews our apartment was spacious and cleaned every day. Everything was in working order including the air con. Shower room available for late flights on your last day. The only negative was the shower door has an inch gap above the bath so water does run out if not postioned in a certain way. Would have loved an early morning swim but pool was not open until later in morning. Basic but adequate, great location, bus stops to Magaluf, Palma City and Santa Ponsa just outside hotel. Some great eating places nearby, try F&C BBQ for massive steaks.

What a fantastic block of apartments/studios. I never wanted to go again self catering after having all inclusive, but boy oh boy these apartments have changed my mind. Reception staff were friendly and polite and easy/quick check in. Beautiful decor and spotless, this goes for the rooms too. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean as is the pool area and snack bar. Our room had basic kitchenette but did the job to rustle up a quick breakfast, we had loads of wardrobe space and bedroom was also good size. Bed and pillows also comfy. Kitchen and lounge was also quite roomy and comfortable which takes you onto balcony, this also was quite a good size and we paid for sea view which didnt fail to impress. The view was spectacular seeing the boats, lights on a warm evening and chatting to your neighbours, we were on the 5th floor/sea view. We found this Hotel has a back entrance and front entrance, so if you go through the front entrance and turn left walk to bottom of road and cross over road, walk straight for another 5 mins and turn right you have an ALDI. If you go through back entrance and turn left by snack bar and go down the steps to car park, then your on your way to corner fast food bar, the beach and shops galore and bars. We spent many good night in Monrows Bar but the are quite a few other bars plus Magaluf is only 10/15 mins walk away for the young folk. All in all a fantastic choice for clean, well looked after apartments and staff are 24/7. I would highly recommend and we have booked to return this October with a sea view.

Went here on our girls holiday last year and was a 10/10 stay. Lovely and funny staff. Didn’t mind us having people over that we had met on the ***** as long as we were quiet and respectful. About a 10min walk from the ***** which is ideal as no noise from the ***** but no need for transportation. Definitely would stay here again.

This holiday was only booked 2 days before we got there because our planned one was cancelled at the last minute. We have absolutely no complaints about this hotel at all. All staff we met were helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and clean with plenty of storage . The pool area was clean and tidy with plenty of sun beds. The pool served good food and reasonably priced drinks. The hotel is ideally placed for the many bars and restaurants in the area. We will definitely return to Palmanova and Globales Nova again.

First time in Palma nova won’t be the last the apartment was lovely and clean we was on 5 th floor room was lovely staff at the snack bar was lovely and friendly Toni Maria the lady on re reception was really friendly I will miss her we met a lot of friend who we met there

Booked this break last minute for a half term getaway from the English weather. Arrived at 2.30pm checked in with no problems, booked a studio room and was given a sea view apartment which was really appreciated, the view from the balcony was great and just lovely to sit and enjoy what was going on at the beach and promenade. Apartment was clean and had everything that was needed to be self sufficient.One bedroom with twin beds a pull out bed in the lounge, bathroom was decent size and immaculate with a good shower and a nice kitchen area. We used the pool bar for a drink on an afternoon when we were coming back in from outings, pool area was nice with plenty of sun loungers and clean also indoor pool available if weather wasn’t so great. The location of the apartments was great right on the promenade to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants around. All of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful even when they were closing the place down on the day that we left. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and was better than expected for a late break away. Would definitely return again if we come back to Palma Nova for a no hassle break. We are just home from an week stay and it was still quite hot there,(this was mid October) And the aircon in the room was non- existent my baby was so hot, and found it so hard to sleep the first few nights. Also the bar closes at 9pm, with no night entertainment. They have activity's until 6.30 but that’s it. The hotel across the way stays open to at least 11am, and has night activity’s eg mini discos, quiz’s etc. It would be nice if they stayed open to at least 10pm, as the place has such potential. Now the positives if you get a sea room the views are stunning, they have friendly staff and you’re a 5min away from the ***** and beach. Also the lady doing the activity’s is very nice, and goes around to get you involved. Our room was cleaned regularly and it was very spacious. The pool bar has nice food and at a reasonable cost. We are planning to come back to area again. We would love to come back to the hotel only if they upgrade the aircon. This is a major problem for the hotel and looking at reviews I’m not the only one that’s disappointed with it.

I have been coming to this hotel for 4yrs i love the location and value for money. This year they was a minor misunderstanding over tourist tax and the reception Carlos resulted me to tears in the manner in which he spoke to me! He was absolutely vile and should in no way be the front of house! I am an independent travel agent in the UK and is not representing Globales well!!!!!!

Just got back from a week here with my 25yr old daughter. We both needed a week of relaxing after a hectic time at home and that’s exactly what we got. Let’s be clear, this is not 5 star luxury accommodation, but we did not pay for, or expect that! For what we paid we got a great deal. The hotel and our apartment were clean and had all we needed for a comfy stay. Rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh towels, bed sheets and toilet roll top up. If you don’t want it cleaned, door hangars are provided for you to show it’s not needed. You are provided with a small tube of washing up liquid, a scouring sponge and a dish cloth along with a tea towel. There is also plenty of cutlery, plates, bowls etc and a good sized fridge with small freezer compartment, a toaster, kettle, microwave, 2 ring elec hob and ironing board (assume you have to hire the iron) Towels for the bathroom are provided, and towels for by the pool are available to hire, we didn’t do this, but I believe you pay a few euros for each one, which when you return the towel at the end of your stay is refunded. The pool area is cleaned every morning and we never had any trouble getting a sun bed. The pool itself is cold! No matter what time of day, but we had temps of 27+ all week, so this was very welcome, and once you’re in, it’s lovely! The pool bar offers a great range of drinks and food, from snacks to full meals, and we used this most days for lunch. The hotel itself is a 1 min walk from the beach and we had a sea view room which was lovely, but a little obscured by a few rather large trees! This did however provide some much needed shade for our apartment, keeping it nice and cool. We were in room 210 and the air con was pretty much non existent, but this didn’t bother us as we were only in the apartment at night time and by then it had cooled outside and we never had any trouble sleeping. If the nights had been warmer, this may have been an issue and you can’t control the air con, there are just vents in the wall that you can switch on or off and when on, some cool air came out of them, but in my opinion, not enough to cool the apartment had it been too hot. Most staff were very friendly and always happy to help, a couple of the reception staff could have been a bit more friendly/welcoming, but this didn’t bother us. The hotel is in a great location for multiple bars and restaurants, something for everyone’s taste and there are a lot of sports bars for anyone wanting to watch any type of live sport! You can also get a bus to pretty much anywhere from right outside the hotel! Due to the amount of bars etc near by, you do get a fair amount of noise around the clock, so if you need silence at night to sleep, this is not for you. It did not bother us at all, in fact it was lovely to hear people having fun. TIP: Pay for the sea view, the sun rises are SPECTACULAR!
