I felt that the attention paid to me for questions that I was asking about my stay with the front desk were handled very poorly. Additionally, when I asked for my bill, I was told that because I made the reservation through a third-party she could not tell me the bill, or Jane to stand. But she certainly could’ve told me the cost of my incidentals for which I gave her a credit card. Additionally, I was told when I made the booking that breakfast was included I had breakfast, and then I was charged $30. As a Hilton Honors member for many many years, I was very disappointed with this day I am currently at another Hilton Garden Inn in North Carolina, and will be in another tomorrow in South Carolina. So the stay yesterday was extremely disappointing .
