When taking a shower in the bathtub, the shower curtain will suck on the body, which is disgusting. Because the shower curtain is not changed every day, I am not sure whether it is changed with the change of guests. It is scary to think about it; 3. There is a small hole in the wash basin. I found it when I checked in, but I thought that if there was no impact, it would not be covered by the warranty. As a result, it leaked during use, so I reported it for repair. The hotel actually asked if I broke it. What kind of logic is that if it was really me, why should I provide warranty? Besides, the old damage can be seen at a glance; 4. The most outrageous thing is that my credit card was successfully swiped at checkout, and I received the deduction reminder, but the front desk said that it was not received, and repeatedly asked to provide other payment methods to pay again. I refused at first, but it seemed that if I didn’t pay, they would not let me leave. I could only provide my family’s card again, and then it was issued. After nearly a month of twists and turns, the hotel finally said that they received the money paid by my card, but the payee was another property under their group, a big mistake, and then refunded it to my family's card. "My friend and I are traveling around France for a couple of weeks. We picked this hotel based on reviews and price. It was a good location to drive to Omaha Beach and the surrounding area. We each had a room with a king size bed, a very large bathroom with a wonderful shower and separate large tub. Free Coffee, tea and water provided in the room and a small refrigerator with snacks and drinks available at a modest price. Beds were very comfortable and room temp was great. Very quiet location and free parking. The best thing was Julia, the front desk staff person. Extraordinary service and assistance with everything we needed including ordering Thai food from a local restaurant because the restaurant was closed on Sunday night and Monday night, the two nights we were there. She deserves a GIANT Thank You and a Gold Star! I would definitely stay there again if I ever return to France."
