we can really recoomend this place . Top service from the beginning to the end . Breakfast was perfect. Welcome drink and good information giving at the start. Very nice rooms and the topics on each room was interesting . The roof balcon with fire was beautiful. We will be back .

We had the best time. The hotel is very unique with a fantastic rooftop terrace. Ani and Carmen who work there are the best! So nice and accommodating! I highly recommend you stay at Terra De Mar. The Room was comfortable and clean and they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

Excellent! Warm reception. Beautiful room, so many thoughtful details. The terrace is amazing, there is a coffee/tea bar, water and wine for guests. Lobby let by candle light at night. Great location, comfortable bed, soft linen. Highly recommend

Beautiful experience - only downside was the bed Charming, thoughtful place with picturesque rooftop terrace and lovely touches in the room. Safe in room, minibar (although fridge didn't seem to be working) free water, tea / coffee - drinks and pastry on arrival and relaxed atmosphere. For the price paid this is an excellent deal, and Ani our host was really nice and smiley - very helpful. Shower and toilet included but no bath Good location as easy to access bars / restaurants / beach within walking distance. Fairly quiet street except for church bell which was automated at certain times. Only let down by bed - very uncomfortable and squeeky. Overall though, really enjoyed our stay.

We weren't sure whether to choose a big hotel on the beach or an intimate boutique hotel in the Old Town. The decision came down to being around the Old Town in the evenings as we wanted to be around the history of the town. Our decision was the best. This hotel is a gem. The rooms are unique and comfortable. Super mattresses and a very good night's sleep. The staff are attentive and welcoming without being overbearing. You feel very special. The rooftop terrace was a magical spot. Someone has created a grotto up there and it has a great essence. And this is where we had our substantial and very tasty breakfast each morning. Simply wonderful.

Beautiful little hotel in the old town (nice and quiet) with superbly decorated roof terrace for breakfast/evening drinks. Breakfast was also fab with traditional Spanish style fair. Nothing was too much trouble.

Precioso LOFT sobre la Salina de Calpe, un piso 9 con vistas a mar, monte y laguna. Amueblado elegantemente y moderno, con mucho encanto, lleno de detalles, y completo incluida cocina. En directo mucho mejor que en fotos. Ani nos dio todo tipo de facilidades en la reserva y llegada/salida adaptándose a nuestras necesidades. Una estancia inolvidable

Nous avons séjourné une seule nuit et heureusement personne à l arrivée vous devez appeler un call center du groupe qui ne parle ni français ni anglais ... pas top quand on loue à des touristes lit très petit voir photo (je mesure 1m75) chambre avec odeur d égout. bruit infernal jusqu'à 2h du matin et dès 6h00... top d avoir des moustiquaires s ils étaient en bon état point positif l emplacement et le prix attention sur *********** l indication vu montagne est fausse et certaines chambres sont en sous-sol
