The Waterford Prestige Apartments

After a disaster airbnb experience we had a complete opposite and fabulous experience at Waterford Prestige Apartments. The service was amazing and the accommodation so good. We parked our car and walked around Caloundra experiencing so much! Thank you

The Waterford Prestige Apartments are one the best apartments we have stayed in. Everything in the apartment was 1st class. On arrival the apartment had been cleaned to a very high standard. All the linen and utensils are excellent and of a very good quality. The views from our apartment was fantastic. The location is excellent and you can walk to everything in Caloundra, restaurants, shops and the beach.

Had a lovely 7 day getaway at Waterford Prestige apartments. Welcomed by Tim who after providing the introduction and layout of the complex went down to the car park and filled up a trolley with our suitcases. Took us up to Room 703 which was a 3 bedroom apartment with a great view of the water and surrounding coastline. We only paid the 2 bedroom deal but for 7 days was a lot less than previous Caloundra hotels/apartments we had stayed at were now charging. Lovely clean, spacious apartment with everything provided. Complex is pretty quiet as most units are owner occupied, with large pool, spa and gym. Tim was friendly, informative and easy to deal with. I highly recommend the Waterford Prestige Apartments.

The location is perfect for a holiday where you want to relax. Plenty of food outlets around you within a short walk or very short drive. Nice and central to all the shops for a good retail theory fix. You can't stay here without making a comment on Tim the manager. We understand the after 2.00pm book in which we were planning for but we received a call at 8.37am that our unit was ready and waiting for us. How outstaying is that. One more comment on Tim. Our plans changed so we had to leave 3 days early. Tim used some of his magic and was able to rent out the unit for 2 of the 3 days and we received a refund. (Unheard of in this industry) An amazing Manager. Do yourself a favour and stay at Waterford and have your own experience.

Units are exceptional. Very clean and well appointed. The location is ideal with the main street and the waterfront only 1 street block away. Everything is within walking distance. Tim is the best manager who assists from the time you arrive until you leave. He met us at the door, guided us to our parking space, unpacked our possessions from the car and took them with us to our apartment where he placed them into the apartment. He met us at the exit when we were leaving, took the keys and wished us a safe trip home. Where else do you receive this treatment. If you are looking for a view, book level 7 or above. We have stayed several times and keep returning. If you are visiting Caloundra, stay at Waterford.

Second time here, and planning more more stays. Peaceful, spotless and friendly place. Apartments are top notch, everything you need, views over the sea and hinterland, just a minute's walk to the main street of lovely shops and cafe's. We especially love the pool! Can't wait to return again. Fantastic customer service and attention to detail. Thank you Tim.

Very spacious and easily accessible accommodation close to everything. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Well kept lobby and grounds, nicely furnished rooms with everything you need for a few days to a few months. Very secure with lots of privacy. Friendly and helpful staff. Loved my stay there.

Excellent location, Excellent 5 star accomodation and facilities, Tim, complex manager went above and beyond to help us out. Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with outstanding views. We will be back again.

The 10th floor apartment has great views of Bribie Island and beach, and is located close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The building elevator is conveniently located right next to the apartment and has direct access to the secure basement car park. The apartment is bright, clean and spacious with well appointed kitchen and laundry. Downstairs there's a small gym with a rowing machine, treadmill, and weights. There's also an outdoor pool and spa.
