호텔 트로피칼 파크

호텔 트로피컬 파크는 작고 친절한 호텔입니다. 우리는 1인실에 머물렀고, 4인 가족이었고, 10대 자녀 2명도 있었습니다. 호텔은 전반적으로 매우 깨끗했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 근처에 아주 좋은 레스토랑이 있는 멋지고 사랑스러운 지역이었습니다.

우리는 처음에 리셉션에서 받은 첫인상이 그다지 친절하지 않았고 호텔이 분위기가 거의 없이 매우 조용해 보여서 불안했습니다. 저는 제 어린 딸아이가 꽤 지루할까 봐 걱정했지만 결국 우리는 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 장점 - 방이 넓고 깨끗했습니다. 침실 문을 열어둔 채로 에어컨을 켜두었는데 괜찮았습니다. - 음식은 맛있었고 줄을 설 일이 없었습니다. 추워서 문제가 된 적이 없습니다. 우리는 하프 보드를 했고 음료 가격은 적당했습니다. 다른 리뷰에서 언급했듯이 우리가 거기에 있는 동안 바에 줄을 설 일이 없었습니다. - 직원들은 훌륭했고 모든 사람을 위한 무언가가 있었습니다. 우리는 디에고를 언급해야 하는데 그는 제 딸의 휴가를 완벽하게 만들어 주었고 그녀가 특별하다고 느끼게 했습니다. 두 사람 모두 열심히 노력했지만 호텔에서 그들에게 더 나은 리소스를 제공하면 그들과 손님 모두에게 도움이 될 것이라고 생각합니다. - 버스 정류장이 가까이에 있었고(471번) 코스타 아데헤에 몇 번 갔는데 꽤 좋았고 해변 옆에 상점과 바가 있었습니다. - 모든 직원이 호텔을 잘 운영하기 위해 열심히 일하고 있습니다. 부정적인 점 - 우리에게 가장 큰 실망스러운 점은 저녁 엔터테인먼트가 거의 없다는 것입니다. 우리는 호사스러운 것은 기대하지 않았지만 적어도 아이들을 위한 작은 무언가가 있을 것이라고 기대했습니다. 그 지역이 조용했기 때문에 어떤 날은 저녁을 먹고 방으로 돌아가는 것 같은 느낌이 들었습니다. 어느 날 밤 '매직' 쇼가 있었습니다. 사용하지 않는 레스토랑이 하나 있었는데 왜 그곳에서 무언가를 할 수 없었는지 모르겠습니다. 길 건너 호텔로 갔는데, 그곳에서 엔터테인먼트가 있다고 들었지만 일주일에 한 번은 엔터테인먼트가 있고 다른 날은 DJ만 한다고 알려주었습니다. 좋았지만 어린 아이들에게는 그다지 적합하지 않았습니다. - 팽창식 놀이기구의 규칙이 약간 이상하고 일관성이 없었습니다. 주말의 인명 구조원은 훨씬 더 느긋하고 친절했습니다.

저는 방금 트로피컬 파크에 10박을 갔는데, 숙박에 전혀 만족하지 못했습니다. 어린이에게 그다지 안전하지 않았습니다. 호텔로 들어가는 입구가 많았고, 아이들을 위한 수영장 근처에는 구조대가 없었습니다. 음식은 대부분 밤과 같았고, 생선 요리가 많아서 아이들은 대부분 밤 호텔에서 먹지 않았습니다. 엔터테인먼트는 앵무새 쇼나 마술사였고, 그들은 목요일, 금요일 밤에 있었고 그게 전부였습니다. 직원 중 한 명의 전화에서 스피커로 음악이 재생되었습니다. 올인클루시브 요금을 지불했지만 바에서 대부분의 것에 대해 비용을 지불해야 했고, 직원들은 올인클루시브에 포함되지 않았으므로 올인클루시브 요금을 지불할 가치가 없다고 말했습니다. 올인클루시브를 사용하는 경우 바에서 한 번에 두 잔의 음료만 마실 수 있습니다. 저희는 5명이었기 때문에 음료 한 잔을 주문하기 위해 세 번이나 바에 가야 했습니다. 이 호텔을 누구에게도 추천하지 않으며 직원들은 웃는 법을 배워야 합니다. 제가 지불한 돈은 한 푼도 아깝습니다.

We stayed here last week with our son, daughter in law and two year old granddaughter. It was really good, we all loved it. We were all inclusive and I cannot comment on the other options. The atmosphere is happy and informal. The accommodation was excellent. Spacious, well furnished, comfortable, enormous comfy beds, great shower, plenty of towels, quiet , sea view. The pools were good but the one by the bar and restaurant was warmer. The small playground was popular. We played Petanque a few times and some of us enjoyed the aqua gym. Diego, the organiser of all the varied activities, never tired, he was great. There was no entertainment in the evening (apart from a sad parrot show one evening) but this was not a problem for us. The bar closed at 8.45 which again was ok for us. The restaurant and bar were very good. The food was plentiful and varied and of high quality. All the staff were kind and cheerful and worked hard. The wine was served generously and was, to my taste, really good. The hotel is conveniently situated in a quiet area with a few shops and restaurants close by. Nice walks, mostly with good paths. The beach was close by with good access to the sea. However, the black sand beach was dirty with uncleared cigarette ends. I am pleased to recommend this hotel if you want a quiet, relaxed, informal holiday staying in delightful accommodation . If you want to dress up for late nights for formal dinners followed by entertainment do not come here! I shall return as soon as possible.

Have to say after reading mixed reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect; but … the Tropical Park did not disappoint! We had the most amazing stay. Everything was perfect; the decor in the room was beautiful. Kitchen is so well equipped you can cook a Sunday Roast in it; but no dishwasher so as long as you don’t mind the dishes lol. Thankfully we were All Inclusive and didn’t have to cook at all as the Buffett meals always had something even for the fussiest of eaters (like my husband). People who complained about having drinks in a plastic cup, but realistically the amount of drinks we had through each day and night; it makes sense not to give glassware. Food was always hot and if it is running low they take it away to replenish. We never went down too late for our meals so I don’t know if it does get a bit cooler after a while? Rooms are beautifully thought out and have everything you need. If you do find you need something that isn’t there the staff on reception are always so pleasant and helpful. I did see a review someone complaining about the lifeguard telling their children they weren’t allowed their toys in the pool. The whole time we were there we seen plenty of kids with all kinds of toys in both the bottom pools and the top one; so I would assume the toys weren’t the issue there if other guests were maybe getting soaked or bumped or something (just a guess). Both lifeguards were lovely and always tidying round the pool area and fixing seats etc. There is also a walkway around the whole pool area to walk on when you have wet feet; so if you slip, I’m assuming you are walking on the tiles and not the path provided. Never a lack of free beds around the pool and the bar is always open. Night time it’s nice and quiet and chilled; but just up the road from a long row of bars, restaurants and lovely little shops. 2 supermarkets (1 attached to the hotel, though we prefer the híper dino; it’s cheaper and has a much better selection. Buses will take you into the busier resorts; but for a quiet, relaxing holiday; this is the place. You don’t need to go anywhere else unless you’re wanting to party big time. We had the perfect holiday and we are booking to come back next year as soon as we get home and get paid! Also a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains, the sea (to the side) and the pools. Can’t fault anything at all. Perfect; thank you.
