버짓 인(Budget Inn)

Noisy. the bed was not Soft or comfortable..

Was traveling to South Dakota and just wanted clean, safe,affordable accommodations for the night. This motel was exactly what I needed. Staff was great as well.

When we checked in they said we can’t have visitors. Then he came to our room and told us they couldn’t stay no longer than 25 mins he was rude and then this morning he came knocking on our door after we clearly told him we just wanted the room for one night had me open the door to check and see if it was just me and my man and then asked if we was staying another night or checking out

It was an old smelling hotel. It was a cheap stay. You get what you pay for. The staff was friendly and the bedding was clean.

Room was clean but no wash clothes in room no coffee pots no coffee at office desk clerk not very friendly not to bad for a place to lay your head for the night

This is the worst hotel I ever been to I will never reserve a room there the bed was a queen n not a king I spoke to the manager about the room he said that was the only room he had he told me he would give my money back n he did accept $7.00 he kept for what reason I don’t know but I would like to get my $7.00 back have a wonderful day

The room was dirty. Behind the bathroom door was hair and what appeared to be ashes. My husband and i had to share the one towel and washcloth. The floor was very unlevel. Not a good choice.

This place is absolutely terrible!! the customer service is disgusting the room 131 is disgusting there were roaches crawling on the walls and on the floor the sink is disgusting the shower had another persons hair and nasty left overs not to mention the lamp that had multiple stains on it!!! sketchy parking lot filled with untrustworthy people very very poor communication. The laundry in placed in a shack where there is loose wires and plug-ins on the right side of the wall wiggles and wobbles around!! the washing machine has no knob to turn it to different modes!! absolutely do not recommend this place one bit before leaving the manager was refusing us another receipt for the one he did not present to us to begin with just handed us a room key and said thank you have a great day and a great day we did not have we are traveling through going through to Florida just needed a place to rest but we got no sleep just dissatisfaction of this business it needs to be shut down immediately!!!!!!!!! this place it absolutely arrogant and I don’t know how it passes inspection!!!!! ;(… I have videos of everything but it does not allow me to post them just pictures!!! This is ridiculous!!!

arrived around 6:30 PM - The girl behind the front desk was not very knowledgeable I got a room that had filthy sheets bedspread bed bugs No hot water the one towel and one washcloth were filthy and I also had cockroaches No hot water the one towel and one washcloth were filthy and I also had cockroachesI went and asked for a refund but got a different room but I already was freaked out I slept for a little bit got up took a shower and left
