Estadia agradável, local bonito e atendimento maravilhoso!

We had an amazing time at this resort, very relaxing, clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need

The staff was the only reason for not getting the lowest score. The were friendly, accomodating, and did everything to provide excellent service, but the overall neglect and condition of the hotel is why my score was so low. Lets start on the negatives... 1) The hotel on the website does not match the actual hotel. Many of the attractions/pools are not operational. The attractions for the kids are not operational or are in need of maintenance. 2) At one point i was in need of sunblock so i went to the onsite shop. When i went to the shop it was closed. There was a sign on the door "out to lunch" which was no problem and i figured i would just come back later. I came back two hours later and the shop was still closed with the "out to lunch" sign still posted, so i went to the service desk to ask when the owner would be back and the desk person could not answer... the response was " she has a habit of doing this... sometimes she comes back... sometimes she does not, and it all depends on the kind of day she is having....REALLY!?!? Why have this person there with a business if she doesnt care about selling anything??? Only thing i can think of is that she is related to the hotel owners, so she really doesnt need to work. 3) Exterior and interior of hotel needs to be renovated.

A estadia foi muito boa, era pra ficarmos 2 dias e estendemos para 4 diárias. O resort é bem completo tanto que não saímos mais para a cidade ou outros parques. Equipe muito eficiente e como nossa diária só incluía o excelente café da manhã achamos que poderíamos sair para almoçar ou lanchar, mas conversamos com o pessoal do restaurante e conseguimos 50% de desconto no excelente almoço e à tarde passamos com lanche junto às piscinas !

Decidi reservar, mesmo lendo os comentários negativos e vou deixar minha opinião justa: No geral o local é "OK". A cidade como um todo me parece ser composta com simplicidade, isso quando comparada a grandes capitais. O ambiente de lazer está bem conservado, tem várias piscinas, o bar tem porções e sucos bem gostosos e com preço justo. A cama era bem confortável e a vista do quarto era excelente (fiquei no 9° andar). O prédio é antigo, realmente precisa de reforma (pintura área externa, vaso sanitário vazando e chuveiro simples). Tinha formiga no piso do banheiro, então, acho que a limpeza não deveria ser das melhores, assim como o hall do elevador. O café da manhã é ok, tinha bastante opções, mas nada luxuoso. Para mim, valeu a pena considerando a simplicidade da cidade e a excelente área de lazer.

Lugar de muita natureza, os funcionários muito prestativos, o problema foi o chuveiro no 10 andar, ap 1024. Quase nao saia agua. No mais foi satisfatório

O Resort é muito Bom, somente o ar condicionado estava meio barulhento , mas no geral, muito bom

Gostei, vou voltar novamente. Um detalhe que não gostei foi a área infantil totalmente abandonada. Todos os brinquedos estavam interditados.
