Check in was a breeze! Cathy, desk clerk, was a joy and offered much information. Very kind and made sure we each got a homemade cookie!

Unfriendly front desk personnel. Room was terrible, lighting was bad, the worst part was the shower tub on room 321 drain; I had to shower in dirty water because the water wasn’t residing. At checkout the front desk rep did not acknowledged me; didn’t asked me if everything went well, no receipt, etc. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN; nor recommend this property for a future stay. PROPERTY NEEDS A LOT OF IMPROVEMENTS starting with staff.

The property was easy to get to from Hwy US 10. Room was clean. Beds were soft. Shower - shower head water spray was perfect; bathtub floor was very slippery. Suggest improvement before someone gets hurt. Breakfast was sufficient.

Conveniently located, easy check-in process and staff was friendly and pleasant, appliances and AC/heat worked well. We didn't indulge in the breakfast but it's your standard hot breaksfast fair, nothing special...Traffic noise is significant but I understand it is right off I-10 and by several red lights so you have occasional loud car exhaust. I wanted a jacuzzi tub so we splurged for the presidential suite... it was not at all worth it. Throughout the rooms floor hard surfaces looked and felt unclean. They could really use a good hard cleaning. Every room the edges & corners had dust, hair, and debris like it was just swooshed with a broom to walls. There was a glop of sticky goo in middle of floor if main room that I stepped in wearing socks thankfully. Looked like hair gel or something, didn't appear bodily... Found a few hairs in the tub and Also what looked like a booger in sink. A small food stain on a corner of comforter on bed. The shower water pressure was none and the door dragged at bottom and was almost impossible to close. I was not asked how my stay was at check-out so I didn't talk to staff about issues. We'll just scratch this one off the list to stay or recommend.

I liked having the shuttle available until 3am. He was quick to pickup to and from destination when called….no waiting My only complaint was the cleanliness in the shower wall and hand rails in shower. They were very dirty. Needs hotter water when taking a bath. Everything else was great. I will stay again on my next trip to LC.

Great location. Breakfast bar was good. Room was not very clean, maintenance repairs were sloppy. Floor must not have been mopped in a long time. Door would open if pushed on with a little force even when locked. TV was about to fall off wall. Shower door wouldn’t close completely which led to water flooding the bathroom when you showered.

The hotel comfort and staff were fine. The carpet was not very clean every corner and along the walls had accumulated dust etc over time. Wear slippers. The bathroom was clean my only complaint is carpet.

This place is a disaster. Rooms were not ready for check in. The young lady at the desk answered her cellphone as soon as I told her I was checking in. Spent 5 minutes talking and the said to come back in 30 minutes as the room wasn't ready. Waited and another person (Sarah), who had been sitting on her phone for 30 minutes or so took over but began getting loud on her phone yelling that nothing was ready. There were about 10 people at this point trying to check in. She was very expressive, verbally and physically, showing she was very upset. She was screaming at someone on the phone and kept blaming others for rooms not being ready. She spent more time walking back and forth repeating it was not her fault than if she would have just taken the room list and getting everyone checked in...once we were checked in and went to our room (we paid for the king suite) we found the room dirty and not maintained. The bathroom was dirty, had bad water stains in shower and on tile around shower. Most of the caulking around shower and the tub was moldy or missing altogether. The toilet paper roll was empty.
