******* cancelled my reservation and didn’t reach out until the day of to inform me. We showed up at the facility to find out our reservation was cancelled since they were overbooked. We will not be returning.

Stayed here for 3 nights and this hotel is in need of a SERIOUS deep cleaning and refresh. Our bed pillows were stained and smelled like mold (ended up washing the pillow covers and doubling over the stained pillows), the shower pan was lined with mold, the rooms always felt humid no matter how low the A/C was set, there was no proper fan to vent the bathrooms from the shower steam (explains the warped paint on the walls), the metal legs/feet on the bathroom vanity are rusted, the curtains were covered in questionable stains and the smoke detector was covered in a thick layer of dust. Just to make being in there manageable, aside from wiping/spraying everything down with Lysol we purchased a couple of air fresheners and opened the window (opens a few inches or so) to vent the room as much as we could. On top of all of that, we were met with a new terrible odor each day we stepped into the hallways.

The service was smooth , the only problem was just sloppy construction details , like the caulk job in the shower , the shower pipe was visible . Just little details like that . The room did not looked finished

Mostly everything was great, but the customer service was atrocious. We arrived after 6pm with no rooms ready. We were told that housekeeping was way behind, and if we wanted a different room we would have to pay the $120 difference. There was no sympathy, no apologies, just rude employees! It's a shame that you allow customers to be treated this way.

Location is perfect! Everything else, disappointed…room never gets cleaned, roaches and management could care less. Do NOT stay here!!

Price was excellent. Room large and full kitchen a real plus. I was there for ten days. I was promised that the room would be refreshed twice and a complete linen change once. The room was refreshed twice, but the bed linen was never changed.

The staff was very nice. The shower and bathtub were disgustingly dirty!!!!

My experience was horrible, first when we got there it was not communicated to us that they didnt have anymore king beds because of maintence issues, we found out by actually walking into the room and seen that it was 2 beds. I called down to front desk and told her my reservation is for a king bed not double queen. She said that since we booked thru a 3rd party she couldnt see what type of bed im suppose to have which is bs. I was there with other couples to celebrate me and my husband anniversary , we all had the same problem , the front desk agent was very confrontational when we went down to talk to her. She was loud with us with other employees stood there watching . We wanted to move to another hotel but all hotels was booked, so we stayed . i was not happy it ruined our weekend and our anniversary . i will not stay at that location again and i wouldnt refer anyone to that location.
