제니트 칼라호라(Nuevo Zenit Calahorra)

Viajamos en moto y aparcamos delante del hotel. Nos dijo la recepcionista que no había problema, que echaban un ojo, nos quedamos más tranquilos. Por la mañana desayunamos en la cafetería que tienen y muy bien. Todos muy amables. Estábamos en la primera planta y parece que no había ascensor pero eran pocas. La habitación estaba bien y tranquila, con neverita, un plus. La única pega, el baño. Tenía una mini bañera con un trozo de mampara así que no era cómodo para duch****. Todo lo demás, muy bien.

This hotel is a truck stop, rooms basic but clean.Lucky to have a room at the back otherwise would have been looking at alot of trucks.Truckers left early and the shower was cold,we imagine all the hot water had been taken(7am)Went for breakfast, 8am there was no staff and it looked like we were left with what the truckers did not want.Passed and purchased breakfast on route

Hotel Zenit Calahorra , We have stayed here a few times in the last couple of years whilst going to Santander for a ferry home, usually ok apart from all rooms needing upgrade and they are small but it has been convenient for us. This time was awful very rude staff at the bar totally ignored me, in the end I shouted for service after around 7 mins of waiting for the barman he just kept glancing at me ( no-one else wanted serving) refurb in bar going on looks pretty poor workmanship nothing quite finished. The room was dirty ,scraped marked walls and when I turned light on the whole electrics went off sparks coming out of socket, The small stand up bath had cigarette burns on it and the toilet had some contraption fitted around the bowl, making it awkward to sit on the seat, only 1 sheet on the bed with with blankets in wardrobe and 1 pillow each. When I got out of bed and opened the curtain in the morning there was somebody looking towards me out of their window directly opposite about 8 feet away. Room was very small I had to move the chair into bath as I could not get around bed . The noise from bar below went on all night couldn't sleep eventually got up more tired than when I went for bed which is no good before a long drive . NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO TO THIS HOTEL ITS DEPRESSINGLY AWFUL LOUD AND VERY RUDE STAFF. I DONT KNOW WHY THEY ARE REFURBISHING THE BAR AREA IT SHOULD BE THE AWFUL BEDROOMS.

My wife and booked this ‘hotel’ via *********** for a one night stay in February 2022. When booking we were not aware that the bar beneath our room would be open all night with truck drivers and young teenagers using the fruit machines, television, bar and other facilities which we could clearly hear. In addition, just outside our room an air conditioning unit was making a dreadful noise, possibly to service the bar. All this stopped us having any sleep whatsoever. By 3:30 am we decided to ask the barman to turn off the air conditioning unit which he was unwilling/refused to do. My wife and I decided to drive away from the hotel at 4:30 am and stop later and sleep in our car. This meant missing our prepaid breakfast which we had to pay for ( the invoice had already been prepared and printed). Despite emailing Zenit head office and the hotel itself I have not had the courtesy of a reply. Finally, my wife and I are in our seventies and have used many hotels but this has been our worst experience.

Es un hotel de carretera reformado recientemente, con un menú tanto de cenas como de comidas excelente , tiene carta informal también en el bar. Suele ser silencioso y tienen bastantes habitaciones individuales con una cama grande. Ponen buen horario la calefacción por lo que aunque llegues tarde la habitación está caliente.

Hemos pasado este fin de semana por la zona y el hotel tiene muy buena relación calidad precio. Muy cómodo de aparcar y la comida deliciosa. Nos hemos sentido muy bien cuidados por el personal, sobre todo de recepción, que en todo momento han estado a nuestra disposición.

Sitio encantador , personal de 10 y restaurante muy bueno , sin duda volveré a repetir ,recomiendo 100 x 100 , toda la comida en general estuvo muy bien,lo q más me gusto sin duda fue un plato de risoto súper bueno y súper rico y el resto fue magia , darle las gracias a todo el personal .

Solo hemos utilizado el restaurante, por estar de paso. El personal fantástico en atención y la comida muy rica. Tienen mucho mérito por lo grande que es y al ser domingo estaba lleno. Tienen menú del día muy amplio

Llego a las 14:30 sin reserva. Veo que dentro hay mesas reservadas y otras que tienen rotación con gente trabajadora comiendo.(Como todos los días en algún restaurante y sin reserva porque cada día estoy en lugar distinto). El jefe de sala me dice que la única opción es 3:15-3:30 cuando hay varias mesas de una persona que simplemente es cambiarle el mantel y poner un cubierto nuevo. Fatal gestión del espacio, personal y tiempo. Si yo veo que el restaurante está al completo no digo nada pero no era el caso para nada.
