Bowled over from when we arrived.. The staff make this hotel.. From arrival through to departure all are.so special and clealry management doing right by their staff.. Most been there v long.time. I wish to.personally thank Barbara head in dining area wha a lovely lovely lady.. All staff are!!. A gripe with Tui nothing in English about trips or anything.. Everything in German which is not inclusive. Food outstanding and nothing to much for anyone. I would like to know how I can work here please! well.done your return.clientelle must be high!!

Viajamos en familia en el mes de noviembre,el hotel nos encantó,la atención del personal exquisita,las instalaciones muy cuidadas,el bufet de calidad y la ubicación muy buena,íbamos con niños pequeños y no tuvimos ningún problema(y eso que hacen mucho escandalo)

I want to mention that it is not my habit to make this type of “criticism”. I usually choose not to consider the less good things and praise the positive things (the few reviews I've made prove it). However, this time the negligence of the hotel was abusive. Due to my profession, I am well aware that problems, in any business, can happen at any time. What counts is the solution we present, or the commitment and professionalism we dedicate to trying to solve these problems. In this case there was minimal commitment and zero professionalism. I'm sure the hotel will certainly have excellent rooms (judging by the reviews I've read), with amazing conditions, but the room I'm talking about is not one of those. What I report is my personal experience, based on facts (I have photos), it is not a mere opinion of a purely subjective nature. Room 01 that we were assigned does not correspond to the one offered in the reservation. The room they gave cannot be considered a standard quality room for a 4* hotel in this part of the world. I have a lot of experience in different types of accommodation throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East. I know what I’m saying. I could talk about the fact that the room is not in the hotel itself, but by a external access. I could talk about the fact that the door reader does not work, it is necessary to use a key and it is necessary to “fight” with the door to open. I could talk about the serious hygiene problem of the mattress topper, with two huge yellow stains on both sides of god knows what (urine?); situation that we discovered after we removed the sheets to change, since the hotel did not do it, despite these having a hole. I will talk a little about the bathroom being flooded every time we use the overhead shower. The water passes into the bedroom, the bedroom floor in the access to the bathroom is always wet. That was the reason why the bedroom floor was wet the night we arrived very late (at first we thought they would have washed the floor). The next day we found that the bathroom becomes into a “swimming pool”. In addition to the obvious inconvenience, this situation creates two safety problems, which can be serious for users: the entrance from the room to the bathroom, which is always wet, is a nest of bacteriological creation (bacteria and fungi), the floor of the Bathing flooded with soapy water is a risk, as people can slip and seriously injure themselves. We have photos that prove the description. We complained twice. The first time, the front desk employee (who in the contacts I had with him, reminded me of a mixture of the characters Manoel and Basil Fawlty from the Fawlty Towers series – clumsy, incapable, without a sense of ethics and condescending – but without any fun) tried to give us a bucket and a mop to clean up and that he couldn't do anything else, as if it were our responsibility. - Service: Despite being marketed as a high end esort, the service provided is reminiscent of a three-star hotel at best. Communication was extremely poor, and as a client, I felt neglected and disoriented. Very bad communication before the start. Only received the programme 3 days before arriving with schedule inconsistent with my departure times. - Boarding Experience for Kids: My kids were utterly dissatisfied with their stay. The guardians assigned were not only disorganised but also lacked the warmth and cordiality expected in such roles. Much to my dismay, most kids were excessively engaged with their mobile phones rather than participating in activities. -Programs and Activities: The camp seems to offer nothing beyond tennis, with no provisions for additional activities or events to foster a sense of community. This lack of support resulted in my children frequently seeking refuge with me instead of enjoying their time at the camp. - Facilities: Although aesthetically pleasing, the layout of the residence is a convoluted labyrinth. To reach my room required an excessive amount of navigation which felt very inefficient. - Staff and Management: The operations appear to be disorganised, hinting at a need for professional hotel management. Moreover, the reception staff was the epitome of rudeness and lacked professional decorum. - Room and Laundry Services: The rooms were satisfactory but constantly filled with noise from outside corridors and ongoing tennis matches outside. Additionally, the laundry service was inconveniently slow and required me to collect my laundry from reception. - Food and Healthcare: The restaurant options and food quality were average, but a serious concern arose when my son suffered from food poisoning. The advertised nurse, who should be an essential presence considering the nature of the camp, was inconsistently available and only on site from 12.30 am. -Tennis Lessons: The coaching was satisfactory but certainly not extraordinary. I expected more professional interaction and advice, not what I could receive from any ex-pro in a local club. Furthermore, the lack of social activities led to repetitive training sessions with the same partners. -Children's Experience: My children, despite being in different age groups and levels, mirrored my feelings of dissatisfaction and stagnancy. The inability to progress in their game was a significant drawback. -Leadership: I expected the presence of more experienced coaches, instead of young, inexperienced staff members. Unfortunately, the involvement of lead coaches, let alone Toni Nadal, was visibly absent. - Location: Manacor, the host town, was underwhelming with not much to offer culturally or aesthetically, thus providing little to no external engagement. In conclusion, the Rafa Nadal Camp and Residence proved to be an unprofessional, disorganised, and inefficient experience. Despite being great fans of Nadal, this camp was a letdown and I would not recommend

우리가 식당을 놓쳤을 때 늦은 샌드위치를 제공 한 훌륭한 리셉션 직원에 늦게 도착했습니다. 3개의 멋진 객실, 2개의 더블 및 온수 욕조 객실이 예약되었습니다. 모두 바다 전망을 가지고 있었고 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 에어컨은 치료를 받았습니다. Samual, Fran, Cassandra, 프론트 리셉션 및 놀라운 미소로 식사하는 여성. 음식은 좋았고 음료는 훌륭했습니다. 훌륭한 보드카 토닉! 수영장은 조용하고 일광욕용 침대를 위해 서두를 필요가 없습니다. 나는 도착하기 전에 모든 리뷰를 읽었고 솔직히 우리의 체류에 단 하나의 결함을 찾을 수 없습니다. 적극 추천하고 돌아올 것입니다. 진정한 대접인 Hotel Triton에 감사드립니다.

This is a welcoming and well-run hotel, just 5 minutes walk away from the beach. We went for the ‘half board’ option, which includes a buffet style breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is the same every day, and offers a wide selection of both hot and cold food, whilst the dinner changes every night. Have stayed quite a few hotels that provide a similar service and it must be said that the food here is a lot better than other hotels we have been to. The hotel facilities are clean and new (as it only opened in May) and it offers two pools to swim in, as well as a fairly well stocked gym. There were a couple small downsides, these being: 1. The toilet is small, and only behind blurred glass, so you’ll have limited privacy. This wasn’t too much of a problem as my partner and I live together anyway, but if you were a new couple (or something else) it could be a bit awkward. 2. There was one unhelpful staff member at front desk who didn’t really try to help when I mentioned to him we were confused about how our transfer works (as it wasn’t booked properly by our package provider). We had to come back later to ask someone else, who then went out of their way to help us sort it out. However, I have to say that every other staff member we met over the time we stayed were amazing, so this was just a one off. Overall, a really pleasant stay and would be very happy to come back here.
