Excellent hotel with great facilities, great staff and a fantastic relaxing and tranquil a**osphere. Within easy walking distance of the town but far enough away to not hear any noise at all. Beautiful gardens with a range of pools and poolside facilities. Excellent breakfasts with a wide range of choices and great service overlooking the garden. Well appointed gym with good Cardio equipment and range of free weights. Brilliant Spa area with a range of pools and poolside amenities. Wide range of trea**ents available as well.

I went with 8 male friends as part of a long golf weekend. We were made very welcome. It's a stunning place with beautiful gardens, pools, bars and public areas. The rooms are fine and breakfast sumptuous

This was the second time my sister and I were in Calla Radjada and stayed at Lago Garden! Again the 5 star hotel did not disappoint. From the room, to the services offered everything was top notch. Our 2week stay will be fondly remembered!

Nice hotel with good facilities in a good location. However needs a bit of freshening up. I wouldn’t class this as 5 star but the staff were friendly.

We have had a wonderful 10-day holiday at this hotel. We were 2 adults and 1 14 year and there was plenty to keep everyone happy. The staff were incredibly friendly, the facilities at the hotel were superb and it never felt crowded. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived and although empty it took a good 5 minutes for reception staff to look up and acknowledge us.there is a high table a couple of feet in front of reception to prevent guests from getting close, I'm assuming this is a hangover from Covid but its ugly and makes reception unapproachable. When we were attended to the staff were friend and efficient. We were given welcome drinks by the pool which was a lovely touch. We booked a family suite , which is described as accommodating 5 people but in the room there were 3 single beds , one of which was tiny and fit for a child. When I pointed this out staff arrived swiftly and changed the bed for a longer and slightly wider one.Im glad I only spent 2 nights on it. I have no idea how 5 people could sleep in that room. The spa was spacious and clean.The gardens are amazing and very restful.The gardens do have some falling pine needles from the trees directly over swimming pool which makes the pool a tad dirty. Breakfast was fabulous with a great deal of choice. The hotel decor is a mish mash , as if it cant really decide what it wants to be.its beyond eclectic. In parts it looked like an old fashioned nursing home .1 simple remedy would be to get rid of the abundance of fake flowers .There is just too much furniture everywhere and makes the place feel heavy. Apart from the estethics it could be a fabulous hotel.

We booked a family room for a 3 night stay. Really good service, complimentary Champagne for my birthday.a very good, mostly German hotel. We would certainly visit again and hope to to stay longer Highly recommended 😊

Just returned from a fabulous stay at the Lago Garden Hotel. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was lovely, the gardens and pool areas superb....and the food ? ...It was the best I've ever had at a hotel on holiday ! The chef was wonderful...he cooked special eggs for me most days...the variety and quality - not to mention the choice in the evening was a delight. The staff really stood out - they were so friendly, especially Rolf, Distelle and Annai in the Spa. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return again ! Thank you !

The outdoor area is beautiful!! One of the nicest areas I have seen! It`s like being in a rainforest, but with beautiful lime stone and details. You discover something new every day. The staff is wonderful, so helpful and welcoming! Very good service! Every where is nice and clean and smells fresh. The inside area is very characteristic and non-minimalistic. It is meant to be in "old fashion" style I guess, with heavy curtains. It is quite unusual - seems like a lot of collectables from around the world. But the rooms are still light and bright. We will be coming back to this hotel for sure!
