Brilliant hotel , Amazing Views , Staff are really friendly. The service at breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing and the food is very good too. The all inclusive concept is really good , with outdoor and indoor bar .. We booked a seaview room which was amazing.Also if you fancy a change , Miles restaurant is down the stairs on the promenade. The hotel is very clean and the room and bathroom was spotless. Really happy with our experience and may return sometime

Great hotel in the best location, we had a sea view room and would definitely recommend to up grade, as the views are amazing. We stayed half board and all the food was great, cooked fresh and lots of variety. The drinks were good and very reasonable prices too and we stayed in the hotel a couple of nights to watch the entertainment and that was good. The bar staff are all very friendly. We spent a little time round the pool and that was great too, yeh the hotel is a little dated but spotless clean and overall would recommend and return.

Fantastic holiday, staff were great (especially in the restaurant) and super helpful, food really good (and we are a fussy family) Chef in the restaurant went above and beyond to help us with a hiccup over the wine on the first night :-) Super clean hotel with great service we would definitely come back.

Hotel was very clean. Friendly helpful staff. Room was clean with all amenities, no fridge though. Hotel was well located with lots of places to eat and drink along promenade. Couldn’t really fault anything. Ideal for a couples holiday,

We had a lovely week at the Don Juan. We stayed on one of the poolside rooms on room only basis and ate out for all our meals so can’t comment on the food/drink but the accommodation was spot on. Great sized room, comfy beds. fantastic shower., nice sized balcony overlooking the pool area. Everything was spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping service. The only comments/suggestions we would have are it would be nice as a couple to have a double bed option rather than two singles pushed together, a fridge and a kettle or coffee maker would also be a nice addition to the room but none of these are complaints! The location of the hotel is brilliant, accross the road from beach, all the bars, restaurants and shops you could need or ask for on the doorstep. We only saw the reception staff twice on arrival and departure as we didn’t need anything else, but they were friendly and helpful. Pool is great, again kept spotlessly clean and plenty of loungers and towels on request. We loved our week here and will definitely be back again next year. Thank you 🙌🏼🙂

It may be a slightly older hotel, but its clean, comfortable and with great sea views. Location is perfect on the beachfront. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Very satisfied with our recent one week stay at Hotel Juan. Although the building is a little older our stay was very enjoyable. The hotel is located right on the promenade of Cala Millor and the beautiful beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful and serve with a smile and gracias! Very clean hotel and grounds. The breakfast and dinner buffets were awesome. Plentiful, delicious food and something for everyone. There was also nightly entertainment at the pool bar. We enjoyed a fun acrobatic show. Recommend staying in a room with ocean view and balcony as we did for the beautiful views sunrise.. It's worth the extra money. Also the pool side can be a little bit louder during the nightly shows (they end around 9:50pm). Would definitely recommend.

Didn’t enjoy my stay in this hotel as much as other hip hotels .. found the bar staff ignored you and were all over the Germans and there are a lot of them. The one thing that was good were the cleaning staff ,
