The hotel is near one of the must-do tourist spots (Drach Caves) so in terms of walking distance to the place this hotel is great. Also close to the beach, restaurants and shops, very convenient in the west coast. Lobby is spacious and cool. There are free drinks at the bar as a welcome gift. The hotel has a gym, a swimming pool and a massage salon, very well equipped. Room is spacious and comfortable. The only shame is the booking site shows only beautiful seaview rooms but my room doesn’t have any view (face the wall of another building). Overall still a good experience.

Wonderful, pretty, clean hotel, beautifully located. Staff are welcoming and helpful. The food was really lovely too. I had a birthday during our stay there, which we didn't announce. I took my birthday cards with me and opened them on the day and put them up in the room. We then went out for the day and when we then returned there was an ice bucket with some sparkling wine, glasses and a birthday card. What a wonderful surprise, which must have been brought about by the cleaners who came to clean daily. It is little attentions to details like this from staff who go above and beyond that can elevate your stay from being nice to wonderful. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again with my husband sometime in the future.

Returned home today after long delay at Palma Airport after a storm caused flooding. It did not spoil our excellent holiday in Porto Cristo at the Felip. Our second stay there. All the staff are brilliant. They work hard and the hotel runs smoothly. It may not be fair to name individuals, Sylvan and Mercedes made the restaurant run efficiently and even called by our first names. Pack runs an excellent bar. A really magnificent hotel.

Really enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel. Location is right on the seafront and moments from a lovely sandy beach. We unexpectedly had a sea view from our room which was great. The room itself was clean, with a large walk in shower and extremely comfortable bed. Extensive and tasty breakfast buffet. The hotel kindly let us use the shower in the spa after we had checked out and been to the beach on our last day - much appreciated given our late flight. Overall a great stay and good value.

THB Felip has been around for years. And sure, the spot right by the harbor/beach is lovely. Especially now, since the street outside between the hotel and the beach side has been made exclusively a pedestrian zone. Nice! The hotel is fairly large and has more than one (adjacent) building. To ensure a sea view (if you're interested in that) you must ask for a room in the main building facing the sea. Rooms modernised and not so "cosy". Rather simple but with a fresh look in a white-ish colour scheme. The views from the balcony over the bay is simply lovely! All basic amenities are present. No luxury, but quite ok. Large reception area with adjacent bar and restaurant, where the breakfast also is served. Many guests can crowd the buffet, so choose your breakfast time wisely (early or late preferably). The little terrace on the front is nice and can be used at breakfast and for drinks and meals. There's a small pool. in the inner yard and some sort of spa in the building across the back street. Small and did not seem overly attractive. Staff correct but a bit stressed at the time of our arrival. Not particularly expensive, so you may well give it a try if you're in the neighborurhood.

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at the Felipe and were absolutely blown away by the level of care and love we were shown from the staff. When we arrived we had one of the annex rooms booked, which are more budget friendly but absolutely better than some other reviews would have you believe. The room was impeccably clean and had a lovely street adjacent balcony. The bathroom was also immaculate and the shower was equal to anything that one might expect from a four or five star hotel. If you’re on a budget this is a brilliant option. The lovely manager Sara upgraded us to one of their premier rooms for a very reasonable price and we had a gorgeous sea view overlooking the port. The room was perfect for a couple’s stay. Sara also sent us up a bottle of Prosecco which was a very classy and personal touch. From this moment on the style and class of the Felipe was clear. The facilities in the hotel are gorgeous and I would be amiss not to mention the lovely massages and spa which we made great use of. The breakfast is the best breakfast we found in Porto Cristo and was also the best priced. The bar is quality and classy as you’d expect given everything else I’ve just written. I could not recommend the Felipe enough. Absolutely top class staff, facilities, food and rooms. If you have booked an Annex room don’t be put off by other reviews you will read online. They are modern and for the price they are a bit of a steal. The sea view room was well worth the upgrade and regardless you will have access to all of the hotels facilities. Thanks Sara for making our honeymoon so special.

We booked this place last minute and didn’t have any clear expectations. We couldn’t believe our eyes when we woke up and saw what the hotel itself and the place where it is located. Porto Cristo is a very calm and absolutely beautiful village. The hotel is situated right at the main beach, and if you get the room with the sea view balcony, you will see the beach and the bay from your room. The spa facilities are solid. The hotel is quite small, so the spa is not massive, but it is well kept and has all you need for a relaxing afternoon. Me made the use of the swimming pool, the steam room and the sauna. The masseuse called Sara was lovely and very professional. Another Sara, the manager at the reception, made our holiday. She is very friendly, well organised and with great energy. In general, the staff were lovely, very helpful and very professional. The breakfast was not included to our package but we ended up having breakfasts at the hotel anyways just because they were objectively better than anywhere else in town, very complete and very tasty. I have rarely seen this variety of breakfast stuff. Only regarding cheese, there were eight different types of it. The bread was fresh. All the options for full English breakfast. Lots of fruit and granola and-dons, etc.. We will definitely be back!

Just come back from another stay at the THB Felipe and it was as good as ever. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Sara, Marienne and Jose on reception. Mind you all the restaurant and bar staff are friendly as well. The food is good and varied. The hotel is kept clean and tidy all the time, the cleaning staff do a good job. Porto Cristo is a really nice town perfect for a relaxing holiday. I am going back to the THB Felipe next month with my son he loves the place too.
