The hotel is very nice, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms simple and very clean. All rooms have en-suite toilets and shower.

I spend there one night during my journey through the Majorca. I felt really relaxed after the night there. This place and its surrounding is really quiet and clean. The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing and everyone was so kind and helpful. I can imagine to spend there couple days with extra person and do nothing and only relax.

Lovely hotel in the most quiet place in Pollenca! The hosts were super friendly and the price is amazing for what you get in return. Ths breakfast is nice, the place is clean, the hosts make you feel super welcome. The beach is in a three minute walking distance and it is the nicest little beach in Mallorca. I will forever recommend this hotel!

Great accommodation with very friendly staff. St Vicenc is a peaceful and quiet area with a lovely cove for swimming. Staff always really helpful and booked restaurants for us and gave us advice about the area. Local restaurants of a high quality and easy access to surrounding areas by bus.

Staff are lovely and the breakfast is great. Room was bigger than I expected and was really nice. The town is small but peaceful and there are regular buses to explore Pollenca etc. I would definitely recommend

No idea why it's called a hostel. It's a lovely hotel. Good rooms, excellent breakfast, great pool with plenty of loungers. Beware that the village has only a few restaurants and they don't open every evening even in August despite being busy, so make your reservations on your first day. An evening out in Porto Pollensa makes a change - 1.80 one way bus, 20 one way taxi.

Reasonable price and much improved since our last stay, especially breakfast!

This is not that we booked. It is a very small not really clean room. The bathroom is absolutely disguisting. Old, rusty tub with a bath curtain. Do we live in the 90s? The toilet is dirty and cannot clean the red stains from it. Why am I celaning it? 2 of 3 doors not working in the room. Cannot close or open these normally. There are no space for the clothes and suitcases. Only one small table for the TV. The pool opens late and closing early. The breakfast is OK but the same 3 optional menu every morning. The restaurant, the hall and the first floor is ok. These are renovated. But the second floor... I have never paid so bad room before. Don't believe to the pictures. Look at my pictures!

This hotel deserves to be 3 stars. It has been recently renovated and is lovely. The rooms are very stylist. The receptionist Tony was so helpful. There is no lift and he took our cases up for us. The breakfast was very nice and the cooked food was fresh to order.there is a lovely pool and the beach is just down the road. Would definitely return, especially if they get a lift.
