From the moment we arrived, we encountered numerous issues that severely impacted the quality of our holiday: • Upon arrival, our room was not properly cleaned. • The shower temperature was either scalding hot or freezing cold, resulting in multiple instances of discomfort and even burns. We were unable to take a proper shower throughout our stay. • The water from both the shower and the sink appeared to be seawater, making it impossible to wash or brush our teeth without resorting to bottled water, which we had to purchase ourselves. • The so-called kitchen was not functional – the hob was broken, the kettle was filthy, and there were no basic kitchen utensils provided (no crockery, cutlery, or cooking pans). • The food provided at the hotel was inedible, forcing us to spend over €400 dining elsewhere as we could not eat in the hotel. • The air conditioning system did not work properly and only blew hot air, which made the room extremely uncomfortable given the warm climate. • Despite raising these concerns with hotel staff, no action was taken to address or improve the situation during our stay. •Wifi was pretty non existent which is unfortunate as our family and friends couldn’t get in contact with us unless we went elsewhere to connect to wifi We feel incredibly disappointed and let down by the service and facilities provided, which fell far below acceptable standards. We had chosen your hotel with the expectation of a comfortable and enjoyable holiday, and unfortunately, this was not the case.
