Gavimar Ariel Chico Hotel and Apartments

호텔 레스토랑에서 식중독에 걸렸고, 리셉션에 오전 9시에 더러워진 침구를 갈아달라고 요청했음에도 불구하고 호텔은 오후 4시까지 매트리스에 누워 있었습니다. 이틀 후 우리는 레스토랑으로 돌아가서 생 닭고기를 제공했습니다. 리조트에서 jet2를 통해 불평했고 우리가 돌아왔을 때 약사가 식중독에 걸렸다는 메모를 주지 않았기 때문에 누가 아무것도 하지 않을 것입니다. 호텔은 jet2에게 모든 고기의 온도를 확인하여 서빙하기 전에 조리되었는지 확인한다고 말했는데, 이는 우리가 서빙된 닭고기 사진에서 볼 수 있듯이 확실히 그렇지 않습니다.

친절한 직원이 있는 정말 좋은 호텔입니다. 객실은 약간의 업데이트와 깔끔한 정리가 필요하지만 그 점을 제외하고는 머물기 좋은 곳입니다! 셰프님께 큰 감사를 전하고 싶습니다! 내 기억이 맞다면 그의 이름은 페르난도입니다. 그는 글루텐 프리인 내 사촌에게 정말 도움이 되었습니다. 식사 시간마다 그는 내 사촌이 먹을 수 있는 음식을 찾는 데 도움을 주기 위해 나섰습니다. 그의 도움 없이는 막혔을 것입니다. 정말 감사합니다! 이 지역은 전체적으로 너무 아름다운 곳이에요! 정말 멋진 상점과 볼거리가 많습니다. 해변은 도보로 단 2분 거리에 있었고 제가 가본 해변 중 최고의 해변 중 하나였습니다! 크리스탈 블루 워터! 우리는 10월 말에 갔는데 날씨가 너무 좋았습니다. 시즌이 끝나서 많은 것을 놓쳤지만 성수기에 꼭 다시 방문할 예정입니다.

이번이 세 번째 호텔 방문이었는데, 코로나가 발생한 이후 처음이었습니다. 그리고 그것이 얼마나 큰 변화를 가져왔는지. 호텔은 항상 좋은 3 ⭐️이었지만 비용 절감이 시작된 것으로 보이며 2 ⭐️쪽으로 미끄러지고 있습니다. 일부 객실은 1970년대와 같으므로 객실을 업데이트해야 합니다. 이전에는 항상 Cruz Campo 맥주가 있었는데, 안타깝게도 1%의 약한 탄산수에 지나지 않습니다. 나는 술을 많이 마시는 사람은 아니지만 태양 아래에서 하루를 보낸 후 저녁에 맥주 몇 잔을 즐깁니다. 오늘날의 증류주도 놀라울 정도로 품질이 좋지 않습니다. Bacardi는 휘발유의 가까운 사촌이었습니다! 음식은 매우 기본적이었으며 아침과 점심은 괜찮은 선택으로 괜찮았습니다. 그러나 저녁 식사는 선택의 여지가 거의 없어 좋은 식사를 하기가 쉽지 않았습니다! 스낵바는 곳곳에 파리가 있고 개에게 먹이를 주지 않을 핫도그가 있어서 열악했습니다! 저희는 이 호텔에 있는 동안 외식을 해본 적이 없는데 올해는 잘못된 선택을 감당할 수 없어서 외식을 3번이나 했습니다! 명확하게 하기 위해 우리는 3번이나 재조정하지 않을 것이기 때문에 까다롭지는 않지만 장소는 실제로 언덕 아래로 내려갔습니다! 잔디가 잘리지 않았고, 부지가 적절하게 관리되지 않았으며, 호텔 객실과 욕실은 호스텔과 같습니다. 무너지는 일광욕용 침대, 형편없는 음식, 충격적인 알코올 음료! 다행히 칼라도르(Cala dor)는 환상적인 해변과 많은 레스토랑이 있어 훌륭합니다. 하지만 올인클루시브 비용을 지불하면 외식을 하지 않을 것으로 예상됩니다. 나는 코로나19로 인한 재정적 지원이 부족하여 비용이 극적으로 절감되었다고 추측할 수 있습니다. 그들에게 해를 끼칠뿐입니다 !! 불행하게도 돌아오지 못할 수도 있으니!!! 나는 직원들이 여전히 예외적이고 친절하며 도움이 되었다고 말해야 합니다. 가족과 친구들이 방을 더 적합한 아파트로 옮길 수 있도록 준비해 준 프런트 데스크의 Xisca를 포함합니다. 레스토랑 직원들도 매우 도움이 되었고 열심히 일했습니다. 내년에 제공되는 품질, 특히 음식과 음료의 품질이 향상되기를 바랍니다. 이 리뷰를 기록하지 않으면 매우 부끄러운 일이 될 것이기 때문입니다.

호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 모든 것을 포함하는 음식은 엄청난 선택은 아니지만 항상 좋은 것입니다. 아침, 점심, 저녁에는 셰프와 함께 팬케이크, 송아지 고기, 닭고기, 생선 등을 요리하세요. 매일 저녁 멋진 샐러드 바와 치즈 보드가 제공됩니다. 디저트가 아주 맛있어 보였습니다. 나는 맥주에 관심이 없었습니다. 재미있는 맛이 나고 맥주에는 고급 칵테일이 포함되어 있었습니다(컵에 보증금 €1를 지불해야 함). 커피, 차 등 하루 종일 이용 가능합니다. 하루 종일 바깥쪽 바에 포함된 아이스크림 스낵도 꽤 맛있게 먹었습니다. 오전 11시 30분부터 샐러드 칩 버거 너겟이 제공됩니다. 호텔은 두 부분으로 나누어져 있어 길을 건너 공원, 수영장, 바로 이동하실 수 있습니다. 저는 메인 호텔에 묵었어요. 도착하자마자 4인용 방은 매우 작았습니다. 다음날 문제 없이 옮겨졌습니다. 벽을 통해 모든 소리를 들을 수 있습니다. 우리는 운이 좋게도 두 번째 방에서 시즌 초반까지는 꽤 조용했지만 엔터테인먼트는 끔찍했습니다. 미니 골프 보증금 €10, 플레이 비용 각각 €3 상점이 많고 도보로 2분 거리에 해변이 있고 바로 옆에 자매 호텔이 있어 엔터테인먼트가 더 좋았습니다. 볼만한 가치가 있는 불가사리 보트. 우리는 멋진 아침을 보냈습니다.

This is such a beautiful place, we had payed extra to be in an apartment and it was definitely worth it, there was lots of space and the beds were comfy, entertainment was amazing, love that they include the guests every night, dances and songs gets stuck in your head and will often find yourself singing along, entertainment team Sabrina, Justin, Margot are fun and interactive and you can tell they are enjoying it as much as you. Lots of different shops near by and close to the beach. Staff are friendly and approachable. Meal times can be a little busy depending on the time but we always found some where to sit, tables were always clean and ready for the next guests, Bar staff know how to make a decent drinks, measure spirits from the heart which is good if you like strong drinks, overall a good experience, already looking in to booking again for next year.

Stayed here all inclusive with 2 families, totalling 9 people end of May/beginning of June for 7 nights. Hotel is clean, rooms clean but one of the rooms had no mirror. Reception offered to change our room the day after but didn’t move as had already unpacked. I bought a long mirror from a shop up the road. There were some very noisy residents at the hotel especially the first few nights, running and singing up and down the corridors and on balconies, slamming doors. Went quieter as the week went on. Pool area nice with plenty of sunbeds with no mad rush as they don’t open the area until 10am which is a good idea. Food was good and always found something to eat as some in our party can be a little fussy. Sometimes quite a wait in a queue when waiting for the chef to cook breakfast and meats/sausages in the evening, perhaps have more than one chef. Tables always cleaned instantly. All restaurant staff very pleasant. Animation staff very friendly and bubbly but found evening entertainment wasn’t the best and wasn’t our thing. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the area just up the road. Spoilt for choice for restaurants. We went to Tropical Gardens a few night with live tribute bands that were really good, great atmosphere. Cala Dor is a beautiful place with lots of shops, bars, restaurants and lovely beaches. Eric from behind the bar was lovely and also Fran too, although Fran struggled to understand orders a lot of the time but with a little help from other staff all was ok. We had a late flight home when we were leaving and had to vacate our rooms by 11am but can still use AI up until you leave. They provide information that you can pay to keep your room on but had to ask 4 times for them to be able to let us know, which we couldn’t as they said hotel was full but wasn’t as we looked online and there was still availability to book plenty of rooms. No courtesy room was provided but was told we could use the gym showers up to 6pm then after 6pm to use the disabled toilet with shower facilities. As there was 9 of us we wanted to use the gym but was told we couldn’t at 4.15pm and had to use the disabled toilet. Felt we took over part of the seating area near the toilets which wasn’t ideal for people sat having a drink. It took ages as we had one shower for 9 people. Hotel really needs to look at providing courtesy rooms like other hotels. All in all we had a good holiday, lovely staff and love Cala Dor but due to some of our issues, unfortunately don’t think we would stay here at Ariel Chico in the future.

We are a family of 6 and met up with 2 other families,extended family, which made us a group of 12. Weve saved for 6 years for a family holiday and it did not disappoint. Suntai and Justine, and the animation crew, were absolutely fantastic. They made our trip so special and made all our kids feel very welcome. Our kids ranged from 5-17 and there was something for all, and us adults /big kids. It was lovely to watch our kids gain in confidence as the days went by. You can be involved in activities as much or little as you like, but to get the most out of it, get involved. We especially (kids and us adults) loved the aqua zumba classes! You can find the activities on the board in the restaurant. Great food for picky kids and wholesome food for others. Very accommodating. Hotel was clean. Bathrooms could do with updating but very clean. Comfy matress. We'll be back!

This was our 6th time staying at the Ariel in the last 10 years so I feel it's only fair I write another review! We stayed for 9 nights on an All inclusive basis as a family of 4 with our 10 year old daughter and 7 year old son. I emailed the hotel a couple of weeks before our arrival asking for a ground floor apartment in a specific block... we didn't get ground floor but we were in the requested block which was fine, I understand rooms are not always available. We've stayed in this block before (around the small pool at the back) so knew what to expect. Room a good size, clean, good mattresses. Shower head could have been better but useable. Maid came every day apart from 1. Food was good and varied, we ate different things each day and our kids never went hungry. Always meats and fish on the grill. A couple of the grill chefs need to cook meat a little longer though, on a couple of occasions meat was undercooked. Paella good. Damian at the restaurant was great, and spared time to greet our children and give them the occasional sweet. Our usual member of staff clearing tables Kevilin was lovely and smiley every day. Entertainment was 'ok'. We've had a lot better in previous years with good shows etc, this time was the usual parrot show, quiz nights, karaoke. The animation team were a friendly bunch. Eric on the outdoor bar is fantastic and deserves a shout out, he is super quick and a great barman. The other barman Fran was a little slow and spoke pretty much zero English which made things a little difficult sometimes. Someone in front of me spent about 5 minutes trying to ask for a gin and lemonade 😄 Snacks were hit and miss, one day we returned from the beach around 3pm so went for snacks having missed lunch and there was pretty much nothing left and they cleared it away until a few pastries around 4.30. The grounds were kept lovely as usual with gardeners on site regularly. Behind our apartment block was a bit scruffy with old sunbeds and chairs which the staff (who seem to sleep under the apartment block) use at night to smoke on and drink... not the best of looks but they caused no bother and were quiet. If you come here expecting luxury it isn't the place for you... If you come expecting a well priced 3 star in a good location with nice food and reasonable rooms it's great. I do hope Gavimar will put some money in to the hotel soon, especially on things like the playground which is very tired with flooring all dried out/lifting, the mini golf, and maybe fix the flooring around the pool by the restaurant so it can be used.. such a waste that it's been shut off for years! It's crying out for some TLC having barely changed in the 10 years we've been coming... a shame as the lovely staff all work hard to make it great. Thanks again for a lovely holiday, I'm sure we will be back again.

The pictures shown for this hotel are somewhat miss leading , to use the pool you have to cross a road straight outside the hotel main entrance , the food is always repeated flat grilled chicken , pork chops , chips, and potato wedges . there are no amemities for the disabled as i use crutches to get around i could not use the pool due to no slopes to get in . they seem to always mop the floors at a meal time so i had to sit and wait for the floor to dry as the tiles were so slippy and dangerous to walk on .to say this hotel was all inclusive is a joke as you could not get a drink of tea or coffee , not even fresh water from the bars before 8am , they also turn off drinks in the main hotel during lunch and direct you across the road to the outside bar . to access the drinks it will cost you a 1 euro deposit on your plastic beaker to get a drink , and if you want a snack it will cost you another 1 euro to get a small plate but you do get it back when you return it. the entertainment was very basic and poor . we will not be going back to this hotel , we were a party of 6 adults and i dont think any of the others will be going back either . There are some fantastic restaurants up in the main town .
