프로투르 보나마르 호텔 - 어른 전용(Protur Bonamar Hotel - Adults Only)

Stayed here in May 2024. The hotel overall was really nice and clean with good activities in the day a big shout out to Natalie who made our stay here. The food wasn't up to the best standard and there wasn't many options especially if you are a fussy eater so some evenings we decided to eat out. The air con also wasn't great and often woken up at night due to it being so warm. The bar staff were great and made lovely cocktails and really friendly. Probably wouldn't stay again as wasn't a lot to do for the age range of me and my partner 25-30.

air conditioning is non existing it's extremely poor let's the hotel down the whole holiday and family In Different rooms have the same issue looked on trip advisor and air conditioning seems to be a issue at this hotel it needs sorting out ASAP

After approximately a 9 year gap we have recently returned from an excellent 2 weeks at the Bonamar hotel, which is professionally managed by Belén. All the Staff are pleasant and welcoming and are an asset to the hotel. On Reception, a special thank you to Victoria, especially for sorting out our technology and who went the extra mile to help. Receptionists, Marta and Lucie were also very kind and willing to help. One of us has a food allergy and Mariano, Carmen and all the restaurant staff were competent and happy to ensure that l had the correct food, which obviously was great for me. We both enjoyed all our meals and appreciated the good service. The two sittings have made the restaurant overall not as crowded, so this is a definite improvement. The rooms are now very modern, which we liked and thank you to Gloria for keeping our room spotless. Perhaps one addition please, the walk in shower to have a 'grab' rail fitted. This is our 3rd visit to the Bonamar and never disappointed. Victoria on reception remembered us from last year as did the bar staff Manno, Jose and Miguel which made it special. The rooms were clean and towels changed every day by the ladies who looked after the rooms and always had a friendly smile. The pool area was marvellous plenty of sun beds and no need to hurry down to put towels on, as were the indoor and roof pools. The entertainment was varied both through the day and evening. The hotel has a hidden gem in Natalie who works so hard to keep everyone entertained geeing everyone up (I’m still waiting to get my goldish medal !!) especially her daily quiz and nightly bingo calls, she never stops. Will be booking for next year as will lots of other people some we caught up with from previous years which made it extra special.

First time staying here and I have to say we thoroughly enjoyed it. In the middle of Cala bona and Cala millor . It’s just perfect for a chilled out holiday but if you want a more upbeat holiday Calla Millor is an easy walk and a little more livelier. However the hotel was perfect for us and the nearby shops and bars were enough to ensure another visit to this perfect holiday spot for us. Hotel was great and staff lovely. Cava on arrival and a friendly welcome. Rooms quite compact but enough for our needs. Rooftop infinity pool was very quiet and we chilled there for a couple of days. Always plenty of sun beds at anytime so no mad rush at silly o’clock . Breakfast was lovely however there are two sittings for you’re evening meals and the later sitting gets full quickly. pools quite cold. All in all a very chilled out and very friendly hotel. Top tips are when you go out of the hotel from the poolside glass doors bear left and you will see a sign pointing up a side street to the cheapest supermarket . You have a fridge in the room to put drinks in and the prices vary from 8euros to 14 euros for a bottle of Prosseco so watch where you get it from. Good nights entertainment in the hotel and the Take That tribute band were fab. Highly recommend Sandancers, Janet and John’s and bar Argos . Out the back of the hotel is a lovely little bar is called Nelson’s and it’s cheap a chips . Can’t wait to go back .

Over all a very nice hotel. Rooms are very modern and are cleaned regularly. Towels changed as often as you like. Pool area is very spacious with plenty of sun beds. Food at the snack bar and dining room has plenty of choice and is of good quality. All staff are very polite and helpful, especially Victoria on reception. The day and evening entertainment is better than I have experienced in other hotels. No sign of the usual parrot show, although there was one lady singer who nearly emptied the room. The only disappointment was the breakfast left for us before our early flight home. We were informed it would be a continental breakfast, but no sign of any bread rolls, croissants, pastries or even a toaster for us to toast the dry bread left for us. Plenty of ham, cheese and cereals, but far from the continental breakfast promised. Unfortunately, for this reason, I would not return if I had another early morning flight.

Just had a great holiday at this lovely hotel for the third time. I can not fault it, wonderful position straight into the beach. Rooms and all amenities are very good as is the food, but main thing we like about the hotel is the friendliness. All of the staff are extremely friendly and pleasant, and go out of their way to make your holiday enjoyable. There is a great welcoming atmosphere. Lively evening entertainment with various singers and tribute acts. Entertainment manager Natalie does an excellent job, as do all of the staff in this very friendly hotel. I would highly recommend

Just returned from another great week in Cala Bona at the Protur Hotel Bonamar. We have visited this hotel several times before but haven’t done a review for a few years. The main reason we keep returning to the Bonamar is the friendliness of the hotel. We are welcomed back each time by several members of staff with genuine enthusiasm. Special mention to Mariano, Oscar, Mano and Jose; there are many others whose names escape us. It speaks volumes for the hotel that the staff turnover appears so minimal. As usual, we were given a drink when booking in and found a much appreciated bottle of fizz in our room as returning guests. Our room was kept spotlessly clean and towels changed when requested. Natalie remains the hotel’s greatest asset providing superb entertainment throughout the day and evening whilst treating us to her angelic voice and Wayne Sleep like dance moves! We realise now what a great club bouncer she’d make too but please stay and continue doing the wonderful job you do! There is always plenty of sunbeds available with no need for the early morning rush we’ve experienced in other hotels. We still like to support a couple of local bars with the occasional drink or coffee. Nelsons bar just along the road from the front of the hotel is one, as is the Argos Bar which is up near the harbour and overlooks the sea. We have already booked for a longer duration next year and look forward to seeing everyone again then. Thank you to all at Hotel Bonamar. Dave and Lindsay.

This was our eighth visit and we were as happy on this occasion as we have been on earlier visits. A always it is the staff and general atmosphere they create which makes the holiday for us a great escape. The entertainment was varied and of a good standard ably assisted by Natalie who does a great job keeping people happy and involved.The bar staff are an asset to the hotel as are those in the restaurant and reception and all are to be congratulated once again for making two elderly guests very grateful and who are looking forward to their ninth visit.
