If you are looking for a quiet place to stay avoid this hotel. Laud music through the day on the private beach, a wedding ceremony on each evening I stayed. A lot of locals with screaming children. Definitely would not meet 5 stars in any western country. In addition flooded bathroom after first shower due the drain being blocked.

I would thanks (Dina) from reception team, she helpe me in early check in with a huge welcoming, at all hotel was good and clean and have a nice beach, maybe the location was far but it good to stay for relaxing and calm.

Great hotel, that serves a light dinner and breakfast included. People are so nice. Youra gave us a tour of the luxury suites and the whole hotel, and everyone including the policeman on the front door were great. I will probably come back and recommend this hotel for whoever is visiting Alexandria.

The staff are generally very friendly and the service is good. The location is also in the middle of the Alexandria Library, Quite Bay, and the view of the Mediterranean Sea is excellent. But I had one unpleasant experience. The total cost came to £156 for laundry service and I gave £200, but the employee who offered to give me change didn't return my money. I talked to the front desk about the problem, but it hasn't been solved. It was all good except that I didn't get any change.

Be careful. This hotel is making false advertising. We chose a standard room that included breakfast and upon our arrival we were told breakfast was not included. We showed what we paid for but the manager refused to adjust the service. Moreover, the rooms are very dirty, especially the bathrooms, with hairs everywhere, towels not cleaned. Our stay was non-refundable so we stayed for 3 nights. Despite the cleaning service provided we would always come back to dirty sheets and towels. I would never recommend this hotel. Very poor customer service and very dirty. Plus, wifi wasn’t working. Faites attention. Cet hôtel fait de la publicité mensongère. Nous avons choisi une chambre standard qui incluait le petit-déjeuner et à notre arrivée, on nous a dit que le petit-déjeuner n'était pas inclus. Nous avons montré ce pour quoi nous avons payé mais la manager a refusé d'ajuster le service. De plus, les chambres sont très sales, surtout les salles de bains, avec des cheveux et poils partout, des serviettes non nettoyées. Notre séjour n'étant pas remboursable, nous sommes restés 3 nuits. Malgré le service de nettoyage fourni, nous revenions toujours à notre chambre avec des draps et des serviettes sales. Je ne recommanderais jamais cet hôtel. Très mauvais service client et très sale. De plus, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas.

Hôtel correct et relativement confortable. Charme relatif. Jolie vue depuis le balcon. Aucune insonorisation par rapport au bruit de la rue. Point particulier : le personnel est désagréable et malpoli. En résumé : passable, mais ne vous attendez pas à une expérience de rêve. Je ne crois pas y retourner.
