Jewel Sport City and Aqua Park

Sheets are not clean , the floor in the room is not clean , only 5 irons in the whole hotel or use laundry service , the fridge in the room is so noisy , food really bad , staff attitude the worst , it should a 5 stars hotel but it is not

Aqua Park in summer but pool closed before April. Canteen food, help yourself. No bar. No shops nearby. Out of town location so taxi needed. Not centrally located. Spacious rooms. My room was clean. Helpful staff with OK English. Next to the police academy, so many security and police officers staying as guests and attending police academy.

One of the main attractions to the hotel was the fact it had an aqua park (clue is in the name) only to be told on the first day it wasnt open and is only open in the summer not mentioned anywhere on ***********. There is also very little else open no snack bar or any kind of service by the pool. The attendant sits in a chair on his phone all day and doesnt offer any assistance with sun loungers or towels. The hotel is very tired, poorly maintained and the rooms are not cleaned properly and the showers are poor. The hotel view of the city translates to a view of a busy motorway with cars beeping their horn all night. This hotel would struggle to get 3 stars in any european country

Very poor facility Cleaning is very bad Room smell Nothing in the room everything missing The bed cover is not cleaned well Noisy No Daou No good coffees Security outside attitude is not good Food is not good Nothing in the refrigerator & toilet items is very poor

I stayed total of 8 nights and for most of the nights AC was not working. Staff can barely understand English and we're very rude. I will never recommend anyone to stay here even though pictures look good. Service is terrible. Highly overpriced for pathetic service.

Before they say this hotel is 5 stars 😂 It's definitely not more than 3 stars Greedy staff wants money for every thing theu do, greedy sevices they want money for every thing they do, and greedy managers they will try to rob you. After all this my evaluation for this DUMP. Cleanliness = 0/5 Room = 1/5 Bathroom = 0/5 Services = 1/5 Staff = 1/5 Restaurant = 0/5

This is not a 5 star hotel the picture are deceiving it is old could have been a 5 star 25 years ago not mantained nothing open or working

Dirty rooms. Disgusting food. Rude and unhelpful staff. Poor security, you do not feel safe. The room safes are not even attached to a wall! Rooms needed renovation at least 6 years ago, they are terrible. Hygiene is horrific, especially in food areas, came away with food poisoning and Covid. Thanks! Just avoid this place, Cairo has many fine hotels, this is not one of them.

The hotel is good value for the money, I was worried about reading other reviews here but pleasantly suprised when I checked in. The pools are clean, we had private use of the spa/sauna/jacuzzi for just 100egp which was really worth it. Location is good, convenient for airport and Festival City Mall. Room was solid 4 star by European standards. Better than Ramses Hilton where we stayed before. Breakfast a bit basic
