모텔 노마드(Motel Nomad)

The room was full of cockroaches and I left the room. The receptionist mentioned me I would get a refund for the half and never happened. After time I called back and the management told me was her first week working there and never heard something about it but she will check the situation to help me with the refund but definitely never happened. So disappointing.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Beggars knocking on door at night. Fights outside. Worms in the pool, broken lights. Broken tiles, peeling paint, holes in walls, broken doors. Terrible bed and pillows. Made us pay $440 extra because they had squatters who broke the room we booked. Police constantly there. Manager lied and told us different stories every day. Felt very unsafe. Locked everything up when we left the room. We were the only guests. The rest were emergency housing. Almost got mugged getting dinner. Never go out alone. Worst hotel ever.

Only stayed the one night so it was ok for our needs. Staff were friendly upon checkin. Room was clean but furniture, fittings and hotel in general are dated and in need of a facelift.

The place was filthy, shower doors were disgusting, plug holes filthy, bedding did not fit the bed and had not been washed for weeks. There was a colony of ants in the bathroom, tv needs to be replaced, the floor had not been washed for days black feet after ten minutes. The cupboards were not even clean little own the contents, the top of the bench was covered in grease. They don’t know what a tea towel is little own what it does. Never again.

The room was absolutely RIDDLED WITH COCKROACHES!! I’ve never seen that many insects in my whole life. I woke up at midnight to cockroaches in my bed, on every wall in my room! They were all through my suitcase inside my shoes and clothes. It was like something out of a horror movie. I went to reception and there was no one there, and no emergency after hour number to call. I had no choice but to book a room in the Novotel as it was the only Hotel available at that time of the morning. It cost me $450 which I was really unhappy about. Thankfully management issued me a refund the following day, however this does not make up for the horrible experience I was put through and the cost to my second Hotel room. I will NEVER stay in this Hotel again and I strongly advise that you don’t either.

Looks nothing like the pictures or as described! Got in at 2 am with 3 extremely tired children to a room that had bunk beds with no safety rail, water stained mattresses, ants crawling EVERYWHERE mould in the poor excuse of a kitchen, air con did not work fans did not work, no screens on windows so that kids can open the windows and fall out( placed on upper level when we asked for ground level) Permant residents in room next door with rubbish and smoke butts littered all over the balcony . Daylight revealed a unuseable pool full of slime and god knows what else. Whole building smelt of ****. And in the middle of a industrial estate. Management gave some money back but not all. Avoid at all costs it is a absolute disgrace! Luckily managed to find much nicer accomadation at the pullman - MUCH NICER:)

Oh goodness where to start, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The bunk beds were unsafe, they had no side rails so we had to put their mattresses on the floor. The air-con was too overpowering to leave on overnight. A broken toilet was found at 2am when we arrived but then got fixed efficiently. The Queen mattress was AWFUL and pivotted around the room. ********* can be smelt throughout the complex. There were no shower doors, so water went EVERYWHERE. The neighbouring room's water pipe's could be heard SCREECHING through the walls at 4am and constantly woke our kids up. No carparks left at the end of the day for non-tradesman vehicles. Cockroaches came up sink overnight. Hope that helps people looking for options.
