服務：因為是公寓式酒店🏨，也沒體驗到管家服務，11點到酒店房間沒有收拾出來，前台也沒確認什麼時候可以入住，衹是讓把行李放着，自己可以去吃飯，甚至都沒給誰喝。 14點半入住，房間在4樓，需要繞路去，也沒有人指引，一整個領着行李🧳大冒險，搬上去整個人報廢～ 建議還是住在凱恩斯市中心哈！！！

This is the worst apartment hotel we’ve ever stayed at. I do not recommend for anyone who expects clean and luxurious accommodation. First, we stayed for 6 nights. Housekeeping only came once and didn’t even do a decent job. Hand & body wash bottle wasn’t filled, bed wasn’t tucked in and towels had stains. Honestly this is the worst hotel/apartment rental we’ve ever experienced. They charge $500 per night but the quality and service is like a motel or two star hotel. On top of that, appliances were dated. I will not recommend this place for anyone visiting Palm Cove area.

Fabulous hotel. Beautifully maintained, super helpful staff and the most amazing location. The choice of 3 pools - one is adult only which is great and one is even heated. Our room was amazing - we were on the first floor looking out over the palm trees to the sea. We had a full bathroom and an shower ensuite! The bed was the most comfortable ever! We slept the sleep of the innocent! The kitchenette was more than adequate for our needs and the lounge was very comfortable with huge, wide sofas to 'lollop' on! We had a small outside balcony which was well used - and the doors onto the balcony opened fully which was lovely. The only negative was the laundry - at the time I couldn't find any instructions and the tumble dryer kept alarming and I didn't know where the filters were. I found their location on line and emptied them but it still kept alarming! Not a deal breaker by any means! Please take my advice and try Nu Nu restaurant. We had our final dinner there - the Wok Fried North Queensland Mudcrab, sweet pork and all the trimmings was absolutely outstanding. You can see my review on Trip Adviser if you are interested. We had a hire car and so had secure onsite carparking. Recommend this hotel ++++++ - and we've stayed at the Pullman at Palm Cove. This was vastly superior for us anyway.

Llovely spacious well appointed apartment in a lovely complex. 3 swimming pools and a spa. Nu Nu the on-site restaurant is lovely, great food and good service. one pool is adults only which is nice for lazing around in peace

Stayed at the Alamanda Palm Cove in a 2 bedroom suit with family to celebrate a special birthday. Alamanda TEam and management went out of there way to make our stay special. The day spa staff was amazing.

Great. Fantastic location. A pure slice of Queensland tropical luxury, with a 10 second walk to the beach. Awesome restaurant onsite. The pools are ok although in need of an upgrade Not so great. The resort itself is ageing and you can notice it on arrival. The unit we stayed in was a double storey with no bathroom upstairs. There was a smell, perhaps similar to wet carpet. The beds were clean and comfortable Avoid. If you are slightly older or have bad knees like me, this is not the place for you. There are stairs everywhere with no elevators. Humping a heavy suitcase up 4 storeys isn’t much fun, so if possible, look carefully for a bottom floor unit. They really need a concierge with a handling service

Stunning location as always with great dining options nearby. Good room but misleading photos as was ground floor not upper floor with balcony. Disappointed the heater was broken in spa/pool and no urgency about fixing it. Needs to be working especially in winter months. Hotel chat system for service inquiries also not working. Not the five star experience we’ve always had here before.

Loved our stay here. Property is a little tired but didn’t take away from our experience. Great for families.

Property very good. NuNu excellent. Cairns Aquarium excellent. Kuranda Butterfly Sanctuary has a sign outside saying open over a picture of a Ulysses Butterfly but after viewing when asked where they were told they haven't had any since 2015!! Mosman Gorge worth the visit.
