침실 1개 콘도 - 원 오아시스 콘도(1 Bedroom Condo at One Oasis Condominuim)

You need to call the owner of that unit and ask the room number and parking lot number incase you bring a Car before coming in because trip does not mention/include what room number you were staying and it’s beyond my expectations. when we arrived it’s almost 11pm due to delayed flights and the Guard doesn’t let us in because we don’t have the room number and owners name of the unit,I wasn’t expecting that because I thought there were front desk that accommodate us when we arrived there and only show our booking information and that’s all,but it’s totally different. And so, that’s the time we call the owner of the unit letting them know we are there lol but considering the time we checked in I think she’s nice and considerate, and again I thought it’s free parking because that’s what trip says haha but it’s not,because the owner ask charges for parking fees and so we paying it again, but what I like about this place is that they have kitchen utilities, so it’s really great if you plan of buying and cooking food for yourself/families upon staying there for couple of days and to add up,there are also extra beds and blankets too,and over all it’s a nice place.

My family stayed there for almost a week. The room has a great space but it needed to be clean and update. They had to spray the whole room because it has a strong smell like molds. Also, why they asked their tenants to pay 300 for parking space?

It was ok, nothing didn’t wow me. I was please with the living area and bed was comfortable. I like the size of the tv and kitchen was good for my use of the basic things.

aircon in one unit is not working well. Overall it’s an okay place to stay for the night

Not well maintained. No toiletries provided, kitchen utensils were not so clean. Bathroom and kitchen sinks and taps were not clean ...

The swimming pool and the guard friendly

It was really good.... No issues.

Absolutely nothing that I liked.The bed was small and smelled like urine and had no bedding on it The air conditioner was extremely loud didn’t work well and place next to your head in the small bedroom which really just a divider between the main space.coffee pot didn’t work ,It was loud, The place wasn’t ready even though we didn’t show until after 6 pm The tv didn’t work the toilet seat was not attached and there was no toilet paper.When Inasked why it didn’t look anything like the picture they said that the room we were supposed to get wasn’t ready but the substitute awful room they gave us wasn’t ready. It ruined my whole time in Caygan de oro I didn’t sleep that night and definately wasn’t gonna stay another night and had to move to another hotel and they promptly kicked up out at 11:30 I will say in the 50 years that I have stayed in hotels,hostels,condos this was by far the worst experience I ever had and if I got a full refund I would still feel cheated.I am surprised that ******* offers such a thing.I will go back to Agoda who although I am not happy with came up with accommodations that were nice enough
