Beautiful location with a terrrific Easter Trail. Children receive a map, a cake and a drink as part of the deal. Great value and thoroughly enjoyable. Best breakfast naps ever. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean toilets. Wonderful summer programme. We’ll be back SOON.

Four of us on a motorcycle trip to Snowdonia popped in as we noticed the sign that said the cafe was open . We drove through the forest and with plenty of parking put our motorcycle near the cafe entrance. Service was good and the food was great. I had a latte with a double shot of espresso and a pesto panini. While there they explained there are lodgings with the choice of breakfast. It would make a great base for exploring Wales as the roads are great for motorcycles. Parking there is really easy and safe for the motorcycles. The staff are knowledgeable as well about what to do around the area.

Great place to walk your dog, big area. Little muddy but what do you expect in November in Wales! Mixture of road, woodland and grass walks. Lovely little cafe, the cheese scone was delicious! Thank you!

Grounds are nice and had one of the nicest pieces of carrot cake ever but the lad making the coffee needs to be trained how to make coffee.. literally can’t have ever been shown as if he was guessing!

We were driving past on holiday and called in at the spur of the moment l, what a find the cafe was really good and reasonably priced. We walked around the grounds and went on a walk around the estate what a beautiful place to walk and take in the beautiful scenery.

Visited Gregynog with friends and stopped at the courtyard cafe for lunch. The service was excellent, the staff couldn’t do enough for us and the food was brilliant and good value. Will definitely go again. The bonus for me was that it is dog friendly.

We went with a friend who was very impressed with the whole place, but our experience was just as impressive, the walking was fantastic and the food was excellent and the service was exemplary, my wife who is gluten intolerant had a lovely sandwich and the lady who served us even brought a packet of crips out for her to check. If you're looking for a day out for not much look no further.

Wow ...what an incredible piece of architecture...is this Gregynog Hall . We have always wanted to visit this place , so glad that we did , we will return for walks soon in the beautiful gardens .We had coffee in the cafe ,served nicely and they do a wicked bara brith . They do events so we will keep an eye on what's coming up . Will be back again very soon !

Beautiful grounds. However, don’t use cafe unless you have hour to spare! Combination off inexperienced staff, general incompetence and very slow staff such a shame!!! Marred our experience, just given excuses not good enough!!
