더 레이크 뷰 호텔(The Lake View Hotel)

I booked Lake View last year and I occupied all 10 rooms with my friends and family as for my 50th we all climbed Snowdon. Amy and James are fabulous hosts and Lake View offered the perfect place for us to celebrate in. Snowdon and the town was very close. We decided to grab a bus into town from the bus stop right outside, which took 10mins at most. The rooms were very clean offering a shower ensuite and very comfy beds. The hotel had two cosy lounges with a log burner which kept us warm after our climb. There was tea and coffee available and in the evening we were able to buy wine/fizz to celebrate my birthday. The following morning we had the best breakfast - needed after our climb! I would recommended Lake View to anyone - we had an amazing stay! Thank you Amy and James

Wow, the best service from the owners Amy and James, couldn't do enough for us when we arrived. very friendly and welcoming. Rooms where spotlessly clean and very cute with the teddy on pillow for when you walk in, lovely warm atmosphere in there and would definitely stay again, its like a home away from home. Id recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Snowdonia for their trip to book here. Its perfect with its views off the lake and mountains also its not far away from lovely restaurants and bars, best place ive been for a long time and will be booking again soon. Fantastic hotel ! Cosy, clean and quaint . We were welcomed like family and every need was attended to. 5 stars from me🤩 Breakfast was superb with anything you could wish for. Regular bus service into the town for all amenities outside the front of the hotel- beautiful views - so relaxing .Can’t wait to go back 😊

We were given a very warm welcome by Amy and James on our arrival and made to feel completely at home during our stay. We booked our accommodation so that we could take part in the Marathon Eryri, for which the hotel is ideally placed, with plenty of car parking and a short bus ride into town from the bus stop situated just opposite. Will certainly stay here again.

Warm comfortable atmosphere which felt more like sharing someone’s home rather than a hotel. The bedroom was small but very comfortable. Busy road to the front but ample parking. Easy walk into Llanberis yet out of the bustle of the town. Good quality breakfast and the owners catered for us bringing a take away back.

Amy is such a wonderful host, thank you for treating us so well! The hotel is clean, comfortable and the views are insane. It’s a short walk away from the mountain town & mountain route so ideal location. Breakfast was amazing, especially for the day we climbed Snowdon. It was perfect! Again, massive thank you Amy, you really made our weekend comfortable! (Even though we ached today!) My hubby booked a surprise stay here with our daughter for my birthday trip on the Mountain railway. Such a cosy, friendly place to stay. The thing that elevates good service to hospitality is the people and you certainly get that here with Amy and James. Lovely warm welcome, comfortable spacious room and a lovely lounge area with a log burner where you can relax with some good conversation (or a book) and a few drinks. There is a variety of games to play too...Dobble is our family favourite! There isnt a bar but you can text for a drink, however, we didn't need to as Amy was always around, checking if we needed anything. Breakfast was absolutely delicious along with copious amounts of good coffee. We really liked the set up here, relaxed and friendly. You can help yourself to tea and coffee all day and if you don't want to dine out, you are welcome to eat takeaways at the tables provided. A little extra for me was that our room had been decorated with birthday balloons and banners for my 50th, and a lovely bottle of fizz on ice for our arrival, thank you so much 🤗 We Had a wonderful time and will hopefully be back soon to take the less lazy option up Snowden next time.

We loved our stay at the Lake View Hotel. Amy greeted us with such a warm welcome and had lots of local knowledge - she helped us decide on the best trails for us to take up Snowdon, as well as recommending a brilliant walk on Anglesey and some great places to eat in the evenings. The room was immaculately clean and we made use of the lounge area in the evenings, which was lovely and cosy after long days spent walking.

What a lovely place to stay, we had a two night stay, nothing is too much trouble, James & Amy were very welcoming & never seemed to stop, making sure you had everything you needed. The room was clean & warm with a view over the lake, the public spaces were cosy with sofas for lounging & tables to sit at if needed. Although they do not do evening meals they don't mind if you bring a takeaway back & will gladly let you have plates etc if needed. Would certainly recommend it & will visit again.
