We did not buy the all-inclusive package because we wanted to try other restaurants in Cabo. When we were in the resort and we tried to order some food and they asked if we had the all inclusive pass, servers became very distant and let people with the all inclusive pass before us they served them first. Also to get a drink during happy hour was horrible because you had to wait at least 15 minutes to get your drink order in. The best part was we were able to use the facilities at their sister location, the Arco, which was much nicer and also was not crowded like the Palmar was.
Also, every day at breakfast you had to sign a bill which was unnecessary since breakfast was included. It was just a hindrance and delayed the start of our day.
