The Pennsylvania Convention Center, Rittenhouse Square, Old City, Society Hill, South Street, Bella Vista, & Graduate Hospital are all within a five to ten minute walk. The street is one of the most charming in Philadelphia & is quiet despite being in the middle of the city. You'll find everything you might need within walking distance including a corner store, coffee shops, Sweet Box Bakery, Whole Foods, a wine/liquor store, Walgreens, & many top rated bars & restaurants!Public transportation (bus & subway) is easily accessible. There is a bus stop just east of 13th & Lombard & the subway stop (Broad Street Line) is located at Broad & Walnut. The house is within walking distance to two major train stations (Suburban Station & Jefferson Station). 30th Street Station is a ten minute Uber/cab ride & airport is twenty minute Uber/cab ride. There is also an Indego bike share station just a couple blocks from the house on 13th between Locust and Walnut.
