I recently stayed in this hotel for an extended period of time, and the best summary is the following: The staff are kind and helpful, but he condition of the hotel itself is in complete disrepair. This hotel was probably a nice place to stay at 20 years ago, but it doesn't appear to have been maintained at all since it was opened: - The bathroom floods every time you take a shower - The air conditioner unit rattles so loudly that the walls shake - The air conditioner does very little to actually cool the room during the hot summer months - You will share your room with cockroaches, spiders and other roaming insects (maybe rodents, too, but I did not see any personally) - The paint is peeling - You can hear every sound of your neighbors from next to you, above you and below you - The breakfast closes whenever the staff feels like enough guests have eaten, some mornings over an hour before the official closing time Those are the main bullet points of the complete state of decay this hotel is in. However, besides the breakfast not staying open for its posted hours, the staff are exceedingly friendly and welcoming. You can tell they too are deeply embarrassed about the state of the place they work at. No one understands how this hotel could remain open and not be closed by the health authorities.
