EVERYTHING about the Poetry Building was fantastic! The staff, especially Nui, Sol, Jasmin, and Carlos were beyond helpful and kind! They were professional, warm and friendly, and made our stay feel comfortable and enjoyable. My husband had a short stay in a hospital there, and the staff went out of their way to help me with translations, as well as other things, like nearby restaurants, sights to see, cash exchanges, etc. The individually decorated apartments were fun and funky, each with its own charm, and the location was great! We hope to be back soon!

The staff are responsive and translate well, plus they go above and beyond to help. The rooms and the building are extraordinary, with antiques and thoughtful items. Beautiful space, great neighborhood, close to everything, very upscale but reasonable in price. The concierge staff made all our arrangements and were delightful to talk to. The combination of personality and discerning beauty in the building is exceptional. It felt good. All out needs were met. Communications were easy and prompt. This place is super cool and very comfotable in a great location. Noelí at reception was so helpful and efficient and told is this was to be a home for us which is what it certainly was. We had a great stay and had the benefit of two lovely terraces to cacth the sun after city adventures. The rest of the facilities were brilliant though we could use the pool as still a bit of a chill in the air. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Lovely place :)

We love to travel the globe -"place" is very important to us -and we have stayed in some wonderful places -- the Poetry Building is our favourite. The staff could not be more helpful and accommodating and the owner is engaging and there to help when needed. The apartments are carefully equipped and beautifully furnished with touches from all over Argentina. BA is a great city -- like any city you have to be careful - and we have been here now 3 times and are looking forward to a 4th trip -first since the pandemic. Last trip was February 2020.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s an amazing place to stay in. Everyone is friendly, helpful and really fantastic. Amazing location as well. Will definitely go back there on my next trip. Definitely recommended.

Our stay at the Poetry Building was perfect. From checking in with Valentina to the 7 nights we stayed, our apartment was exactly what we had hoped for. We had private terrace and balcony spaces and a fully furnished apartment where we were able to prepare a few meals when we wanted. The pool and garden were great spaces for to relax with a glass of wine in after a long day of sightseeing. The staff at the Poetry Building were nice, friendly and very accommodating with helping us explore restaurant reservations, letting us borrow umbrellas and making some great overall suggestions. The location was also great in the middle of Recoleta where we could walk almost anywhere we wanted to explore the city. A few blocks away from Sante Fe Ave, where it was easy to catch a taxi and also a few blocks away from the Subte, which made our stay very convenient. Highly recommend a stay with Poetry Building, you won’t regret it!

Wonderful place! The apartment had everything we needed and was lovely. The area around it was walkable and had restaurants/markets nearby. The hotel was quiet and the beds were very comfortable!

Excellent location for restaurants and sightseeing on foot. Amazing and most helpful multilingual staff who are happy to help with restaurant choices and reservations as well as transportation needs. Spacious and nicely furnished rooms and suites withvery well equipped kitchens.

The people managing the hotel were wonderful. Valentina was welcoming and helpful as was the other young woman whose name I didn't catch. Studio was really nice and well equipped. Great area. We would certainly stay here again.
