에스플렌도르 바이 윈덤 부에노스아이레스(Esplendor by Wyndham Buenos Aires)

호텔은 새롭고 객실은 크고 잘 정리되어 있으며 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. Iara는 영어를 구사하는 접수원 중 한 명입니다. 그녀는 우리가 필요한 모든 것을 도와주었습니다. 저녁에 좋은 레스토랑을 선택하고 우리 방에 필요한 추가 요리를 선택하는 것부터 시작합니다. 또한 Huan도 우리에게 큰 도움이되었습니다.

Our stay was uncomfortable and extremely disappointing for the price. The rooms are in need of a repair or renovation; the reception often smells like there is a sewage leak somewhere but masked with sickly sweet air freshener; the whole building is very hot; and the breakfast was basic and slow to be replenished. Some staff were helpful, it depended on who you spoke to. We would not stay here again, particular as it was priced as if it was a much nicer hotel.

The front desk people couldn’t have been nicer. The hotel is lovely, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We were able to store luggage while we left the area for two nights. Location is close to restaurants and a grocery store.

The location is exactly where we want to be and the staff is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Some good restaurants nearby too and taxis come by all the time. BA is a great city. The staff also helped with a guided tour. Starbucks next door!

This hotel is conveniently located but unfortunately we were not happy with our room. It was very outdated, centrally controlled air. Conditioning not good as our room was very hot and stuffy. The bathroom sink had leaky taps and drainage was not good and when shower over the bath you were ankle deep in water..

Esplendor by Wyndham is located well on San Martin Street with a huge shopping plaza and many restaurants close-by. It is only building, which needs better lighting inside the guest rooms, practical lighting and location of shower-heads that is far away from the wall to take a shower. My shower was only 4" away from the wall, with the lower faucet to fill tub also about 4" from the wall, so impractical to take a good shower. My TV had NO SIGNAL throughout my 3-night trip, so that was boring.

This place did not live up to my expectations. First of all, I arranged to be picked up at the airport before I departed from my original destination. Upon arrival I. Buenos Aires, I did not have any transportation. After two hours waiting at the airport and numerous calls to the hotel, I was finally told by the hotel to find a taxi. Horrible communications and poor customer service by this hotel. The hotel room was noisy and the bathroom was really outdated with mold in the shower. The free breakfast was a joke with minimal items available. The trays were always empty and no worker in sight. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. This property is maybe a two star hotel. ******* needs to updated its review of this hotel. Again, horrible hotel. Find a nicer place to stay and stay away from this hotel.

The hotel was very clean, the included breakfast was delicious and all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! There is a little restaurant right across the street that is excellent and affordable.

Not a good hotel. Great location but a/c was a problem and the room had no view and no where to sit other than a hard plastic chair. I doubt I would choose that hotel on a return trip to Buesnos Aires.
