The air conditioning blows hot air. For 3 days I seeked their assistance and nothing was done! There is no avenue for refund or service recovery. Terrible service and very irresponsive staffs! Not recommended for Business Travellers who requires comfortable and adequate rest!

We left the next day. AC was not working. Bathroom are uncomfortable and no cabinets to keep your clothes. Do not recommend.

Second night power went off, they had a generator that partially covered the facility, it won't even turn on one light in the room. Elevators were working so I used it to go downstairs and got stuck on it. Elevator alarm and phone didn't work so I have to call 911. My wife noticed I was taking too long to return to the room and when check and her me banging the elevator door and noticed the staff. Lucky me the elevator suddenly started and door opened at the basement. Went to the first floor firefighters had already arrived, staff was trying to fix the problem, etc. Same night I asked the staff to call a taxi but he said he couldn't do it so we have to go out to find one. Next two mornings there was no hot water in the facility. The manage gave us a food voucher for a local restaurant as a gesture but the restaurant service was horrible, there was none. Power went out they couldn't cook but they wanted us to wait but we left and went to the another restaurant. We returned the voucher to the front desk, explained what happened but that was it no more words from the management or anyone else. DO NOT RECOMMEND, IT IS THE WORST OF THE WORST.

This is a wonderful hotel close to shopping, dining and parks. The desk and service personnel are wonderful.

If you come from the USA DO NOT consider staying here. Thevproperty is subpar and management decides when to have Air Conditioning for the building. I stayed here on business in May/June 2023 for 8 nights and on the 3rd night management decided to shut off the AC because THEY thought that the temperature was cool enough. I did not agree. It was warm inside the room and I like my AC. I opened the windows to cool the room but the buildingvis too close to a major busy and noisy road and I could not sleep. Even though I brought it up to management, they never spoke with me or fixed the problem. The problem was not a broken AC, the problem was a decision made by management that THEY DID NOT WANT TO TURN THE AC ON.

this hotel must be maximum 2 stars instead of 4 stars as this showing in the advertise. lack maintenance. mold smell in the room. i do not recommend this hotel.

We arrived early due to flight time and expected to have to drop off bags, then wait til afternoon for official check-in, but luckily they had a room available so we were able to check-in early. We were on the 10th floor with a great view of Recoleta. Staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, helping to arrange cabs, ordering food delivery on the night we were too exhausted after a day of sight-seeing to venture out again for dinner. A good breakfast buffet every morning, although it would have been nice to have coffee/hot water available at other hours, too. With only three rooms on our floor, it had the cozy feel of a boutique hotel.

FYI, the ******* notice that this property is only available for essential travel seems to be very much out of date and no longer in effect. This property is in a quiet corner of Recoleta, very convenient to nearby museums and other attractions. (Upon first arrival, don't be put off by fenced off construction across the street, which makes the immediate surrounding look a bit industrial.)
