코빈 플라자 아파트먼트 & 스위트(Corvin Plaza Apartments & Suites)

This place is okay. A fair walk away from the city centre unless you’re using public transport. We were only given a very thin single duvet each and 1 pillow. We were asked to pay €3 for an extra pillow which is ridiculous. You have to pay €50 deposit on arrival as well as another fee. All the added payments seemed to be excessive. The apar**ent was spacious. Lack of cleaning, would’ve been nice to have had fresh towels at least once but I’m sure we would’ve been charged if we had asked for new ones. Bed was dirty, covered by a thin mattress topper. Staff seemed to not enjoy their jobs and observed to be rude to other customers. I would recommend for anyone wanting a cheap stay but I personally would not come back.

Air conditioning very poor and only in one room. It would be useful to have more than 4 coat hangers per bedroom. There was no toilet roll on late night arrival and reception is not 24/7 so had to wait until morning as shops were also closed. Bathroom and toilet room fine. Towels provided and balconies nice although just looking onto another building.

Great apar**ent, booked because had 3 seperate bed not all on same room (2 queensize beds in seperate bedrooms and double sofa bed in livingroom). Ideal location for walking or transport links just round the corner. Plenty of local shops 2 mins away, a Spar, bakery and McDonald's to name a few. Clean, Spacious with seperate toilet and bathroom. Only one issue was the showerhead was not secured so had to hold when using but this was a minor thing for a brilliant 3 night stay.. would recommend

I have never been as badly received in a hotel as I was by Mr. Gábor Szabó. I arrived at 7 pm on a Friday and the reception desk was closed and empty. By coincidence, he was just leaving and started yelling at me (for arriving "late" and not answering his message via booking). How would I reply without internet available? I mean, if you wanna work on week/hour days, this is not the business for you.He didn't even say good night! Extremely rude, he kept shouting... I had to threaten to call the police - he only stopped offending me when my husband intervened. Oh the second day he screamed at us: “Don’t come Back!” in front of a group of guests… Rude!!! Don't waste your time staying here! Worst: - The description says 24-hour reception (not true!) - Old and deformed mattresses - Warm rooms / air conditioning only in the room and to use it is charged separately - Noisy location - Balcony not safe for pets or kids

Reception closes at 18.00. we were not arriving till 2am. Continuously had to send emails in regards of instructions to get in on a late arrival. No response had to get third party company who we booked with to email on our behalf. When we arrived keycard was left in key box as instructed. However their was a group of teens with no keycard for them to get into the apar**ents. They showed us their bookings so we went to investigate for them. Turns out to be a double booking. Had to double up and let teens take one of our bedrooms till the morning or else they would of been left on the streets. When I said it to reception the following day he simply did not care. Not good enough

We highly recommend Corvin Plaza Apartaments for their warm hospitality and very clean flats with all comforts. Location is excellent and to the city center it takes just 10 minutes on foot. Overall, it was extremely remarkable and satifying staying here when we visited Budapest. Highly recommended!

Las instalaciones en mal estado, llegamos a las 23:00 y nadie nos pudo abrir, tuvimos que buscar otro hotel para esa noche , por mas que les mandé mensajes que llegaríamos tarde … pésima atención No lo recomiendo

Absolute thieves, Asked for a 50 euro deposit on arrival which is unstandable, however once checked out, the rooms were checked by the staff and the bloke behind reception desk told us everything was fine with the room and the deposit was released back to us. 250 euro as their was 5 of us in this apar**ent. The bloke behind reception is a total liar. Upon returning home, we contacted the hotel asking where the deposit was. We was then told we wouldn’t be getting it back as somebody had smoked in the room. Funny as nobody in our group smoked. Total liars and thieves. The room was left spotless.

Very nice, clean ,affordable ,friendly apar**ent walking distance to some attractions .
