K9 레지던스(Florin Apart Hotel)

Really large clean apar**ent, kitchen area was great , bed was comfortable, staff are really helpful. Hotel is perfect , short walk to shopping center We visited for Xmas markets and they were directly across the road at St St Stephens basilica, taxi to airport is 39 euro and 40 mins. Breakfast is buffet style and good , we did have to wait for a table as it's also a public cafe but let that deter you .

Struttura posizionata in modo strategico, da qui molto facile e comodo arrivare a qualsiasi punto d’interesse. La fermata autobus per l’aeroporto dista 100 metri, così come la fermata della Metro. Il quartiere ebraico dista a piedi 2 minuti.la camera spaziosa e confortevole e pulita. Noi abbiamo usufruito solo del pernottamento; abbiamo preferito provare i locali della zona per fare colazione ( scelta che poi si è rilevata ottima )

Struttura in pieno centro. Vicina al capolinea dell'autobus per l'aeroporto. Tutte le principali attrazioni raggiungibili a piedi. Camera "bilocale" grande. Cucina fornita di tutto. Pulizia top. Staff alla reception molto gentile. Servizio bagagli perfetto. Sicuramente struttura molto consigliata. Prenotato con booking. Qualità prezzo davvero tra le migliori!

Appartamenti nuovi, ben arredati, provvisti di tutto, personale molto disponibile. La posisizione della struttura è ottima, vicina a molti locali, alle fermate dei mezzi di trasporto pubblico e a due passi dal centro.

The room was a good size, clean & the location was convenient. The reception staff made us leave a deposit in cash of 50 Euros which we weren't aware of prior to arrival. I went back to my room in the daytime and there was a man in there which gave me quite a shock. He said he was fixing the air conditioning. No one had notified me that someone would be entering the room.

Great hotel close to the Pest centre! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great restaurants and historic sites in walking distance. Really close to main metro station and 100E bus stops right on the doorway! Rooms were clean and spacious. It was close to main road so could be a bit noisy at times but the full blackout roller blinds are definitely helping with the noise. 10/10 would recommend.

Apar**ent central. Room was nice. Reception staff not the most friendliest. The beds in the apar**ent are 2 single beds on wheels not ideal for married couples who are having a weekend away and wanna cuddle up at night. Glasses provided and there was another guests crisps in cupboard. These should be binned as open and unhygienic eating crisps someone has had their hands in. Rooms cleaned daily. A few times maids came in when we were in our single beds. Took towel and never replaced them, had to get out shower to go down and get new towels. It is quite noisy as apar**ent is on main road. There is blinds on the windows. There is brown curtains but they don’t fit the window so the sun shines in and wakes you up. No chance of a long lie. Beware of street taxis - they will try rip you off when you have been drinking alcohol. I’d download bolt - just like Uber. Kebab shop a few doors down - lovely food Spar straight across the road. Close to some fab bars. Unsure if we would stay here again.

Great value for money, clean and modern. Very central to all the sights. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Budapest and wanting a decent base which is comfortable. Close to the Jewish Quarter and a 10 minute walk from Ferenc Joszef bridge.
