Easy to find, very well located, great access 24hrs Wonderfully spacious & clean rooms Bathroom was heated with Suberin shower - hot & great pressure! Breakfast was plentiful, yet simple! Eggs to order were lovely x Staff could not have been more welcoming or helpful Always so happy & chatty

I booked this hotel for April this year a few days later our flights changed so I contacted the hotel who wouldn’t change our dates although we were booking extra days and refused to give a refund NOT GOOD

This was a good stay, the location was great and had friendly staff. The hotel wasn’t as clean as I would like with a minor stain on the bedding, although it was cleaned each day with fresh towels and beds made. The staff were very nice and it was a Short walk to the centre

Stayed for 3 nights in an apartment style room. Had a bedroom with 2 single beds and a sofa bed in main room with small kitchenette and shower room. The room itself was fine for what we wanted. Clean, air conditioned and quiet as we only wanted to sleep and shower. A few points though: 1 - breakfast is very expensive at €10 per head for continental. If you don’t get it in your room rate then eat elsewhere. 2 - the shower takes very long to drain so you need to be mindful of how much water is at your feet and keep turning the water off to avoid flooding the bathroom. 3 - reception closes at 18:30 so after that it’s a self check in using a lockbox. 4 - area is totally fine, close to trams and underground but I personally wouldn’t go walking late at night.

The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. It has a kitchen / living area and a bed room area. The rooms have a fridge with a mini-bar, a safe and everything you could require. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall great value, great location and highly recommended.

Spacious, comfy, clean apartment; great amenities. Close to the main attractions. Staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the bed, had a great night's sleep, it was quiet in the middle of a city. Smooth check-in.

Tutto perfetto... Posizione centrale e servita, camera ampia e funzionale, a noi è capitato un appartamentino, colazione ricca e varia, personale gentile, cortese e disponibile, prezzo molto ragionevole per i servizi offerti. Tutto perfetto...

Pessima esperienza sotto l’aspetto economico , ho prenotato con booking e mi sono trovato al ritorno in doppio addebito dall’ hotel , mail su mail tra Booking e hotel e nulla di fatto , nonostante abbia in mano le doppie transazioni di addebito State attenti non lo consiglierei mai a nessuno Bad experience from an economic point of view, I booked with Booking and on my return I found myself double charged from the hotel, email after email between Booking and the hotel and nothing happened, despite having the double debit transactions in hand. Be careful I would never recommend it to anyone

Abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra bimba di un anno; l’hotel è in una posizione ottima, vicino alla metro e alle fermate di tram e autobus. La nostra camera era molto spaziosa e con una piccola cucina dotata di bollitore, piano cottura, frigorifero e forno a microonde. La camera e l’hotel sono puliti, la colazione è varia, sia dolce sia salata. Il personale è molto cortese e disponibile. Unica pecca: la moquette nelle stanze che è sempre poco igienica e alcune cose avrebbero bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione, come nel nostro caso la porta del bagno.
