Not worthy the price，bad service～

幫同事代訂，安排在地下室，幾次交涉均以無房或者加錢換房搪塞。非常差！

We booked the Comfort Villa and could not recommend enough. Accessed via the courtyard this standalone apartment was cosy and homely. The hotel itself was striking and the staff were so friendly and accommodating!! We had a day trip on day, leaving early morning prior to breakfast, so they made us a pack-up and made sure we were looked after. We will definitely stay again and would recommend wholeheartedly!

Such understated elegance in a beautiful building. The staff is outstanding. Will return soon I hope.

I had booked it for 5 nights. After the first night they told me there was a problem in the system and I had to move to another of their hotels. They didn't even offer to pay for the uber for the transfer, I paid it myself, though it was their error. I was told the other hotel would have the same standard for the same money - total lie. I was given what I thought to be a "spare-room" of some kind, with not all amenities functional, funny smell and suspect noises at night. I hope not mice or bugs, but not sure what it was. The owner of the two hotels, as she proudly presented herself with the air this information should impress me greatly, basically gave me a lecture in hotel management and how difficult it is to work with foreign employees, and how other hotels are worse, and so on, and so on..

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Very tasteful breakfast. There is also free parking availability along the street side. Good WIFI. Within walking distance of Lipscani street which is full of restaurants and bars. The hotel doesn't suffer from street noise either. I warmly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the walk to Old Town. The area is not the best for walking,but the hotel is a beautiful grand old Romanian hotel.

Decor and room very attractive. Staff very willing but for example reception had no idea how to buy a bus ticket. Breakfast waitress very pleasant but talked too much for first time in morning and due to that rushing about trying to catch up.

We stayed here for 4 nights and were given room number 12. This is located on the 1st floor at the front of the hotel, and has a balcony. The room was spacious, clean, decorated in the style to suit the age of the hotel, but with a modern bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the lady who serves the breakfast, she is always running round getting everyone what they need, and will cook an amazing omlette to order. Nothing is too much trouble for her, she also arranges a packed lunch if you can not make breakfast due to an early day trip. There is a great choice of continental breakfast items, also fried and scrambled eggs. The one thing that was disappointing was the choice of teas. They only had fruit or mint. This wasn't a major problem for me as I brought my own tea bags from home. The hotel reception is beautifully decorated, as is the bar area, all fitting of the age of the hotel. The hotel smelt very clean, no smell of cigarette smoke at all (as mentioned in a previous review). The hotel is situated about a 15 minute walk from the bar/restaurant area lipscani. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel!!
