Staff is unfriendly like I owe something for them !Awful behaviour.In the room there wasn’t water ,it’s elementary things .They positioned like 4 stars hotel and do not put water in the room🤦🏾‍♀️ Minibar wasn’t completed,then while Check out conted for more things that I didn’t use .Staff is very stupid,don’t understand even word « water »,big disappointment.Highly do not recommend !The worst experience that I had in my life

No tv. 140 channels only 2 shown completely pixeled. The internet is a disaster you can even talk on WhatsApp.... The neighborhood is very creepy..... So sorry to stay there....itis really disappointing Don't go there if you can avoid it...

We have booked two rooms, one with double room and one with two beds by phone call directly at the hotel.We have called in the sane day in the morning and told them we will arrive at night.Apparently when we came at the hotel, the rooms weren't booked.At the concierge Alin the Duty manager told us that his colleague didn't make the reservation.,they didn't apologize or do anything about it and we were left sitting in the lobby with our kid at a really late hour, wondering how they are assigned to do one thing and mess it all up. I can find no excuses for this kind of behavior.

about the stay we had at the hotel it was a worse experience we could have had to start the first thing That when we arrived at the room we found the room refrigerator to be empty when we asked the receptionist to have water in our room was that there is no room service, there was not even a bottle of water in the room or a coffee maker for a tea or a coffee the four star hotel is unjustified for such a miserable breakfast, on saturday morning i saw that there was a piece of bread in the bread which was there the previous two days the same piece Also the fruit that was on the buffet was not fresh at all, the corn in the fridge has been black for a long time, some of the food I was almost wrong and was not able to consume we went down to the restaurant for lunch At noon after some flight hours we had to eat. the food was in poor condition and could not be eaten. When I told the waiter he told me that the products are local and therefore not good quality on the second day in the morning we left the hotel We returned at 4:00 in the afternoon when we entered the room We saw that the room had not yet been cleaned and it was four o'clock And I wonder when he can clean a room in a hotel, as far as I know they clean Morning hours and not afternoons, the hotel as far as I know is not full and this is not justified . on Friday night We returned from the center at 8:00 we went down to eat and we were told that the restaurant was closed as well as the supermarket that is inside the hotel and that was closed and that if we wanted to eat something go to the supermarket which is next to the hotel, the hotel could not offer us even a bottle of water, we had no information from anyone that the hotel restaurant was closing at night and we could not find food. Also in the hotel area there is no living room to sit down to order a coffee and have to be all day in the city center. in the room there were some noises in the morning from the renovations that were taking place Also the TV in the room did not work I do not know why you have it. the room was all full of dust . for some reason there was no furniture in the hotel area and we had to be in the room all day, Also in the hotel reservation it was mentioned in the facilities that there is a fitness pool and sauna , then we were told that in order to be able to go to these places we have to pay extra money at the price of 15 euro per person for all that the hotel has to offer The price is too high and I'm sorry to say that It was a bad experience from a hotel.

The price is very high for what it offers. The room was not very clean, the breakfast was poor and different for other guests( a football team); it is the first hotel where I’ve been and saw this. To go to the pool you have to pay, first they tell you a price and after they tell you that is not true. So avoid this hotel. And by the way is not a 4 star hotel….

Absolutely disgusted by the service of the waiter at La Boema restaurant of the hotel on friday evening. Not only shouting to a customer but not even apologising? Truly shameful for an “international” hotel. I appreciated though the professionalism of the young lady at the reception Simona. Perhaps the hotel needs more people like her.

An excellent hotel. Clean rooms with a breakfast buffet that can support any fast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking and accommodations like spa available to you. On the down side, it it’s a bit far fro mother center and the TVs need a major update. For my tastes, as a business traveler, is good enough to stay again.

L 'Hotel è chiuso!! Io ho alloggiato nel residence...il personale per l accoglienza è estremamente maleducato soprattutto nel area spa e fitness... Dove sottolineano che si paga l entrata e non la giornata.propio qui ho trovato mal sofferenza tra il personale che accoglie. La camera è buona in un contesto che non è sicuramente italiano. Le pulizie sono pessime per un livello europeo. Ma si fanno belle conoscenze con ragazze molto giovani e molto belle. Al minimarket ringrazio la signora del mattino che mi dava il gettone per il caffè e che nella sua umiltà e umanità mi aiuto in questo soggiorno.

Świetny Hotel z restauracją. Byłem tam przez tydzień i był to doskonale spędzony czas. W hotelu czysto i elegancko. Restauracja serwowała bardzo dobre dania. Był to jeszcze czas gdzie trzeba było nosić maseczki przez Covid i obsługa tego cały czas pilnowała. Gdy potrzebowaliśmy taxi obsługa wezwała służyła nam pomocą. Parking bezpośrednio przy hotelu.Polecam Hotel z całego serca.
