인터내셔널 부쿠레슈티 시티 센터 호텔(International Bucharest City Centre Hotel)

호텔은 가장 가까운 지하철 노선까지 도보로 약 10분 거리에 있는 조용하고 안전한 지역의 부쿠레슈티 중심부에 인접해 있습니다. 공항까지 직행하는 버스도 인근에 정차합니다. 호텔 가까이에는 까르푸 슈퍼마켓과 여러 레스토랑과 바가 있는 제방이 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되며 좋은 영어를 구사합니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며 새로운 종료 AC가 있으며 매일 하우스 키핑으로 새 수건, 차, 샴푸가 나옵니다. 2개의 엘리베이터, 아침 식사가 제공되는 레스토랑 및 전망대가 있습니다. 아침 식사는 맛있고 다양하지만 매일 똑같습니다. 여러 종류의 소시지, 오믈렛, 커피, 주스, 크루아상, 잼, 콘플레이크 등. 출장이라면 꼭 추천합니다.

Rude staff. I ask for an extra towel. They provide only 1. The lady from the recipetion told me that the found only 1 towel. There were 2 towels for sure. I ask to speak with the manger. 17:30 it's too late. Speak with him tomorrow. I ask for towel with deposit till tomorrow- no. It's your problem.

The bed sheets were never changed in the seven days we stayed in. We knew this because accidentally we stained a pillowcase, and the same pillowcase was still there throughout our stay. Several times I had to go to the reception to ask for coffee sachets, which were supposed to be replenished every day. Once I even had to ask for toilet paper. One day, the cleaners didn't do our room, and they claimed that I switched on the 'non-disturb'. This was not true, not even accidentally, because this is a manual switch (as in the photo provided) and can only be reset from inside of the room. The switch was still off when I entered the room in the evening. At the breakfast restaurant, we noticed that not every guest is treated the same. When we asked for something that was not available in the breakfast table, our request was turned down, but not the same when a man wearing a suite and a tie asked for something similar. We felt that guests are treated according to whom they are. I noticed another Italian couple who shared the same opinion as us.

Well kept premises. I enjoyed the room which offered a lot of space and a nice bathroom. Very comfy bed with nice pillows. My room even offered two balconies - I would not hesitate to return in the summertime.

Everything was great to be honest. We did have to ask to change the first room because of am awful smell, but once that was sorted our stay was lovely.

I booked this for 7 nights through ******* for a executive double with city view (if you’re going to book this hotel, book though them as you’re protected. First day I checked in to the hotel, thought it was weird that our room was on the 5th floor, strange for a city view. I get up to the room and the key doesn’t work for the room. Back down the lift and already 3 people waiting with the same issue. Get back up to my room again, enter and looks like something from the early 2000s, marked walls and furniture. Also this is a standard room with no bath unlike the booking suggested. Went back downstairs and the receptionist said this was a executive room. Yeah ok, thought I’d let it slide and just make the most it it. Went out through the day, came back and thought I’d see what the restaurant was like. Restaurant was open from 7-10pm. Half 8 and it was closed, In fact, this wasn’t even open the whole evening. Asked for some water and they couldn’t give me it. Used the water in the mini fridge. Day 2 key didn’t work again, mini fridge wasn’t re stocked and bar and restaurant shut again. No water supplied, already eaten out so didn’t need the food. Day 3 key didn’t work again, mini fridge wasn’t restocked, just to add, air con is also absolutely crap. Restaurant was open but not for food, got some nice wine. Day 4 we had had enough needed a bottle of water they couldn’t provide as the restaurant was closed!

Day 4 key didn’t work again, mini fridge hasn’t restocked again, after a long day out, walking 12 miles in total around, all I needed was a nice glass of wine and some water. RESTAURANT CLOSED! they wouldn’t even get us a glass of water or fill up the damn mini fridge. This was it, I contacted ******* and explained the situation, they spoke to reception once and were advised to call back Monday, called again and was told they couldn’t supply us with our room as the floor was taken for a party. They basically downgraded us to make room for a party and didn’t think to tell us, rather just lie. 3 days left so left the hotel and went to the crown plaza, a real 4* hotel. I sit here with a glass of wine writing this review,l. Hotel is not very well ran, it’s on its way out, please don’t stay here unless you’re happy with a bed and breakfast with a crappy night sleep Avoid like the plague. Ps before I leave breakfast was reliable, basic as anything but it was always open.

Restaurant was closed at 08:30 pm, no chance to have a dinner at hotel, after this hour. Reception personal was not knowing, how to go to the city center by walking. Overall, the hotel and service could be better !
