From the greeting at the front desk to the easy parking and clean room, it was a good comfortable stay.

Rooms are very small. Breakfast options not much. I would say less than what is considered a continental breakfast. No meat or scrambled eggs. Had boiled eggs.

The place was under staffed, but was really clean and the air quality was not muggy like most 2 star places. This was a pleasant stay, the water was clean and high pressure. Very close to dining and polar express!

There are only a few hotels in the area. This is one of the better hotels in the area.

I was concerned a little since the Sleep Inn I stayed at in Myrtle Beach was not so clean. However, the Sleep Inn in Bryson City was wonderful. The beds weren’t to comfy but I don’t expect perfect. The breakfast was decent as well. I would stay again!

The parking was perfect, close to rooms. Great breakfast, such friendly staff. The cleaning folks were outstanding. I have stayed there 4 years running and never had any issues. I very highly recommend this place to stay. AWESOME!!

1st night had a very noisy room above us but the staff moved us to another quieter room the next night and was much better. Bed was comfortable sheets soft, okay breakfast. Felt very festive on both floors with all the Christmas decorations.
