The hotel has a great location, only a few blocks from the old center. The reception area is cute and our room was specious for the location. The room was clean and the bed was good. However, one can only check-in between 2 and 6 pm and if you arrive before, you will have to literally leave your luggage in the hallway unattended.

Good location with a lovely host. We enjoy the breakfast very much.

We loved our stay. The hosts made us feel like we were visiting their home, not a hotel. The historical building was amazing, but at the same time cozy. At breakfast they served fresh coffee and fresh fruit along with other breakfast items. I would recommend Lucca to anyone visiting Bruges.

The place is like from a miracle with its host that is always there to welcome you, have a pleasant chat about his more than impressive life or play on the grand piano for you. Excellent breakfast, large spacious rooms and centrally located. The best place to stay in Bruges!

酒店的房子看上去很有些年頭了，據主人介紹這房子的一部份從十四世紀就有了，其餘部分也是十八世紀建造的，房屋內的佈置和傢俱都給人一種復古的感覺，走進這家酒店感覺回到了幾個世紀前。喜歡復古感覺的朋友不妨來體驗一下？

Hôtel idéalement situé à 2 pas du Markt. Propriétaire chaleureux et très accueillant. Souci du détail et du bien être des clients. Chambre spacieuse mais rococo pourvue de toutes les commodités (Airco, sanitaires, etcétéra) Petit déjeuner continental copieux, varié dans un cadre magnifique (ancienne cave avec plafonds voûtés du 14eme siècle). Bref rapport qualité prix plus que positif.

Accueil impeccable, très propre, et alors le top " la literie" très satisfaite de ma réservation. J'y retournerais. Nicole

Great hotel and well located. We stayed in a family room for four and the room was very clean and spacious. The staff were polite and went out of their way to make our stay great. Do not miss the breakfast, it is great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable and clean. Staff were excellent. It's a 3 minute walk to the Grand-Place but in a very quiet area. I would not hesitate to recommend.

We stayed here for 2 nights and wish we had more! The owner was so fantastic and welcoming, providing us with some information on what to see and do and even setting up breakfast on our last morning early for us! The breakfast was fantastic, travelling around Europe not many places include breakfast and this was a league above, set in the gorgeous 14th century room! Only a couple of minute walk to the market place area - perfect location! Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Lovely Hotel close to centre,great Owner and Staff Within easy reach of all the attractions myself and my daughter really enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast was great with fruit and continental meats and cheeses. The Room was clean spacious and quiet 😃

Completely charming hotel set in a period building set in a quiet corner of Brugge a short walk from the Markt. My very comfortable room was like something out of "The Miniaturist," only with a large bathroom complete with soaking tub. The continental breakfast was really superb, with perfectly boiled eggs, a full array of yummy pastries, cheeses, meats, and best of all, fresh raspberries and strawberries and fresh coffee. The front desk personnel were so helpful and friendly that I felt very welcomed. Would recommend enthusiastically.
