Room was clean, bed was huge and comfy, shower great, coffee machine and kettle. Even got a free warm cookie on arrival and were allowed to check in early.

Overall good

Starting with the check in process, everything was very smooth and hassle free. We were given a room on the higher floor as requested. The view from the room was decent I would say. You could see a part of the city and the faraway hills. We managed to catch glimpse of wonderful sunrise so that's a plus. We did not try the food there so can not comment. The check-out process was also seamless. Pro: Location Clean rooms Staff Con: Price a bit expensive

Same as before. Will continue to use this hotel. Ideal location.

Clean and comfortable room. 6-7 mins walk from train station with luggage, very convenient. Highly recommended. Love the welcome cookies.

Excellent hotel - very clean and the room was very spacious. Only a few mins walk from the train station. Only this is i would have liked a mini fridge in the room for real milk for my tea and for cold drinks. However, the Nespresso coffee maker was nice and the lovely warm chip cookie on arrival was a nice touch. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay in the centre of Bristol.

Good location. Room not immediately available when we came for check in. The room and the bathroom were clean, however there was not enough and and body soap (runned out as soon as we got there)

Great location. Confusion over breakfast. I had purchased breakfast, via Trip, this did not come through to their main system. Therefore subsequently charged for having breakfast. The issue was resolved very quickly when I went to reception. Just a little inconvenience. Other than that…yeah a great place for a bed so you can explore the city. Wouldn’t have a problem staying again in the future.

This hotel is right near the station which was great for work travel. On my final day I left my suitcase at reception and worked from the bar which was a great quiet area to get stuff done.

Good service. Initially we had a issue with bathroom leakage, but operation staff help us with immediate room change. Over all good experience.
