브리즈번, 로마 스트릿 기차역 근처 호텔

We stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise that was leaving from the International Cruise Terminal. The main reason we chose this hotel was its close proximity to Roma Street Station as we caught the train from the airport. While it is close to the train station it is located at the top of a reasonable hill and it took a bit of effort to navigate the way to the top, apart from the effort. Several escalators/lifts and then a steep path with no real directions on which way to go. I thought I would be able to see the hotel to give me an idea which way but had to resort to Google Maps to find the way. Unfortunately we were on an early flight into Brisbane so as it was 09:30AM I was not expecting our room to be ready but just needed to store our bags so we good do some exploring. As expected, our room was not ready but the guy behind the counter checked me in, stored our bags and advised that the hotel was busy and our room would not be ready until about 02:00PM. No worries we will be back. We arrived back at 01:00PM and our room was still not ready and waited in the foyer till 02:00PM as previously discussed. Reception gave me our keys and we proceeded to our room on Level 1, or so I thought……..room card would not let me use the lift. Back to reception to have the card re-coded. On entry to our room, it was reasonably spacious and looked clean and reasonably comfortable. Décor a bit dated, but functional. We had a rather large balcony but we could not use it as there was no furniture so the balcony was wasted. Bathroom was small but functional, bit dated but appeared clean. It was only after we used the toilet several times that we noticed water on the floor. We ignored it for quite a while as we thought we had spilt water on the floor but it was not till the next morning that I realised it was coming from under the toilet. I reported it to reception on checkout. As we were tired from our early start we chose to order room service. While we knew how much it was going to cost it was very expensive. Two hamburgers and chips over $70. A bit steep, but as we were so tired we paid so we did not have to go out. The hamburgers were good by the way, but still way too expensive. Overall, this hotel was OK, but the room was supposed to be a superior room. OK. I would hate to be in a Standard Room………..as the room was pretty average for a Superior. After reading some of the other reviews the price we paid was fair and the location is good, just not when you have to push two big suitcases that we were taking on a cruise up the hill from the station. PS. It cost us $73 in the taxi to get to the Cruise Terminal.

위치가 좋고 몇 걸음이면 시내까지 갈 수 있습니다. 호텔 앞에는 남안으로 바로 연결되는 육교가 있어 산책하기 매우 편안합니다. 서비스는 보통 수준이고 프론트 데스크 직원은 그다지 열성적이지 않습니다. 방에서 보이는 전망이 좋고, 일반 원룸 아파트에서도 관람차🎡를 볼 수 있지만, 방의 시설은 매우 낡았고 장식도 최소 10년 이상 되었습니다. 2018년에는 여러 개의 소켓이 재설치된 것을 볼 수 있지만 실질적인 효과는 없습니다. 방에는 작은 천장 램프 몇 개만 켜져 있어 밤에는 어두워집니다. 창문의 방음 효과가 매우 약하고 아래층의 자동차 소리와 목소리가 선명하게 들립니다. 주차요금은 하루 40달러인데 정말 터무니없습니다.

깨끗하고 양질의 숙박 시설을 찾고 있고 저예산 여행자라면 추천합니다. 이 yha는 다른 것에 비해 매우 높은 수준입니다. 백패커 장소라기 보다는 이층 침대가 있는 유스호텔에 가깝습니다. 또한 모든 연령대의 여행자, 가족 및 청소년 그룹을 주변에서 만날 수 있습니다. 객실은 매우 깔끔하고 매일 서비스되며 큰 여행 가방(환상적입니다!)에 맞고 에어컨이나 창문을 열 수 있는 조명으로 가득 찬 넓은 수하물 사물함입니다. 주방은 도시 전망과 수영장 공간이 있는 매우 크고 멋진 옥상 테라스입니다. TV 라운지와 곧 자체 공동 작업 허브가 있어 개념에 큰 도움이 된다고 생각합니다. 투숙객을 위한 무료 수하물 보관소와 친절하고 도움이 되는 직원.

이번 여행에서 하드웨어 시설이 가장 만족스러운 아파트! 장비가 아주 새것이고, TV도 블루투스 연결이 가능하고, 책상 공간도 매우 실용적이어서 국내 소비 수준에 비교적 가깝습니다. 결국, 다른 두 호텔은 장비가 몇 년 전에도 여전히 사용 중이라고 생각합니다... 버스와 기차역에서 도보로 3분 거리에 있어 브리즈번 시내에 사시는 분이라면 적극 추천합니다!

모든 편의 시설을 갖춘 멋진 현대적인 객실입니다. 편안하고 깨끗하며 놀라운 샤워 시설과 전망, 놀라운 직원 및 무료는 아니지만 충분한 주차 공간. 대중 교통과 가깝고 1층에 커피숍이 있으며 인근에 풍부한 소매점이 있습니다.

최근 리모델링 했다는 소문, 기대한것 대비 꽤나 괜찮은 퀄리티 호텔에서는 원래 욕조가 없는 룸타입이라고 했으나 트립닷컴에서 오표기된 내용 확인되어 작게나마 보상처리됨 필요없는 트윈룸으로 사용 + 카운터에서 시간 낭비 꽤나 짜증났지만, 발빠른 처리에 그럭저럭 만족하고 사용완료! (주차 : 3rd party 에서 예약 시 35불 추가로 내야함/ 호텔 다이렉트 예약 시 18불 하루종일 비용)

Clean and comfortable. Bed was 👌 and shower was very good. Excellent service/staff. Easy checkin and car parking(at a cost, but everywhere in Brisbane is) Extra pillows on request were no problem and location is fab! Would return. Good gym and roof top pool if that’s your thing too. Only thing id skip is including breakfast, see separate review, eat elsewhere.

객실 장식은 일반적으로 5 성급 호텔이 아니라 중국에 새로 문을 연 특급 호텔과 비슷합니다. 소위 리버뷰 객실은 대각선 방향으로만 조금 보입니다. 엘리베이터도 불편하고 카드를 긁어야 자신의 층으로 갈 수 있습니다. 여행 동반자가 방 2개를 예약했는데 1층에 배치했음에도 무시되었습니다. 몇 층 떨어져 있는 서로 다른 층에 있습니다. 문을 통과하는 것이 매우 불편합니다. 유일한 장점은 호텔 위치가 비교적 중앙에 있고 보행자 거리에 있어서 밤늦게 돌아와도 꽤 활기차고 비교적 안전하다는 점입니다. 조식당은 매일 같은 메뉴로 구성됩니다.

새로 문을 연 voco는 그렇지 않으면 약간 황량해 보이는 건물 안에 숨겨진 유쾌한 호텔입니다. 외부에서 보면 약간 매력적이지 않지만 내부는 완전히 개조되었으며 매우 멋집니다. 리셉션은 친절하고 로비는 현대적으로 숨을 쉴 수 있습니다. 객실로 가는 복도는 매우 어둡고 특별한 것은 없지만 내부는 비즈니스 여행객 기준에 비해 상당히 고급스러운 외관과 느낌을 위해 재건되었습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭한 스프레드였으며 고층 객실에서의 전망은 꽤 좋았습니다. 한 가지 주의할 점은 현재(23년 7월) 호텔 앞 도로인 North Quay에서 한 블록 떨어진 곳에서 주요 도로 공사가 진행되고 있다는 것입니다. 호텔에서는 소음이 없었지만 호텔 앞의 교통량은 달팽이 속도로 이동했습니다. 택시 드롭 오프 / 피크 플의 경우 George St와 Ann St의 코너를 요청하십시오. 100m 도보 거리에 많은 시간을 절약 할 수 있습니다.
