홀랜드 파크 모텔(Holland Park Motel)

Don’t stay here. Travel for work and booked room as a last minute stay. Check in was easy, on site manager was friendly. Key was already in the room, door unlocked when I arrived. A/C was pumping cold air which was lovely. Unfortunately that’s all of the positives. The room was disgusting - stank like cigarettes, dusty, cobwebs, mouldy bathroom and mould stained sheets, noisy bed, no milk for coffee, no book with checkin/wifi info in room, opened bourbon can in the fridge, Old, worn, stained and dirty couch cushions - I didn’t use the couch. I didn’t look any further for fear of what else I’d find. Rang my friend and organised to stay with them. I spent $80 for use of the room for 6hrs. 2.5hrs of which i was next at the hotel having a very long dinner. Thr pool looked very dirty, some kind of algae growing on closer inspectiom. Do yourself and your health the favour and spend another $20-$40 for a studio apartment in the city.

Booked because of its proximity to the function we attended. It's about 20 years overdue for an upgrade, cleanliness left a lot to be desired, but despite having to remove stray hairs from atop the king bed, it and the pillows, were very comfortable.

Ideal for what we wanted. Stayed here to be close to our son in Mount Gravatt. Rooms are spacious and clean, shower is good. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. I found the bed comfortable and the AC worked! Fridge in the room and a huge TV. Over the road from a convenience shop and bakers. Next door to an off licence and a pub that serves good food. 20 AUD in an Uber gets you to the southbank if you need for to do. It has a small pool but we don’t use it. It’s basic, but nice. Would stay again if we needed to stay in the area. Stu & Nicci

The good! Room was big and had a king size bed! Shower water pressure was great and hot! The bad! Room was dirty and so was the property - like a third world country! Furniture was old and stained! We regret opening the cupboard under the sink in bathroom! The whole property was run down and grubby! And as we were coming back to our room an Asian working girl lets her client out of her room! Yuk! I would stay away if I was you and wotif I really think you should not list this place! The only reason we booked was because we were attending a function at the hotel across the road!

Transport, food and anything else you may need is close by.motel is old and a little worn but priced accordingly. No far to the city, we had a hire car.

Clean linen, that was it. Used our own towels, did not use theirs as it wa smelling mouldy. Gave me milk in a jug - not sure if it was usable. Toilet not sealed with cleanliness sign. Room had cobwebs all over, from the cornices, brickwork and windows! This is a 1 star motel. Filthy and would not reccommend. Reception staff not representable- wore the same clothing the next day.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I will recommend this to everyone to my friends and family.
