오크스 브리즈번 뮤스 스위트(Oaks Brisbane Mews Suites)

I have travelled extensively all over the globe for many years. I have stayed in five-star luxury resorts and backpacker lodges in Asia. But there has been no more pleasant, relaxing stay than at the Oaks Brisbane Mews. Located across the road from the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, where I had come for medical treatment, I was booked for an extensive twelve-day stay in one of their delightful, comfortable two-bedroom units. From what I was getting, the pricing was exceptional, something. I would classify it in the four to five-star category. The manager, Rose, welcomed me as a returning friend and could not have been more helpful in getting me settled into my digs. Macca, the Facilities Manager, responded to all my queries and assisted me in settling in. They are a fantastic team. My room had everything I needed for a lengthy stay; all the facilities had a washing & drying machine—a fully equipped kitchen and high-speed internet. I could go on. If I ever decide to sell my home on Norfolk Island to move back to the mainland, I would start my accommodation search and hopefully finish at the Oak Mews. I strongly suggest anyone who has to go to Brisbane for any reason consider this fantastic place. It has won my heart.

Lovely stay, will be booking again in the near future and I can’t wait to stay again. Staff are super friendly and helpful, enjoyed my stay so much and the late check out was awesome. Next time I will be using the pool it looks amazing and refreshing.

Comfortable and easy access to RBWH, city’s sites and amenities. Good value for money with secure car parking underground. If you’re on the budget this will not break your pocket, its comfortable to everything with full laundry and cooking facilities where its very practicable and useful if you needed a longer stay.

Again access to the property was poor, had to walk through inches of water to get to room, this was unsafe, also had an eldely person that’s in poor health and this did NOT help his conditions. Unhapy

This is the second time within a few months I have stayed at Oaks Brisbane Mews Suites. Both times were because I had a family member in the RBWH which is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk On both occasions I was made very welcome and supported by the compassionate staff who obviously have a lot of customers staying for the same reason as me. I found this most comforting.

Very disappointing Christmas Eve. I had my small crawling baby with me who’s knees were filthy from the unvacuumed carpet, there was grime and mould on the shower head and taps, I also found a capsule underneath the bed which appeared to be an illicit substance which was very concerning as my child could have eaten it. Wouldn’t stay again

Have stayed a lot over the years and everytime is quick and easy and if anything ever arises the reception handles it swiftly. Have never had a bad experience. The grounds are beautiful and feature a fish pond, the room itself is usually optional for a 2nd room. We love it when the room has a soft mink blanket as well. Bed is great and big lots of storage around. We love staying here as its such great value and literally right across road from hospital.

I was originally booked in at another Oaks property but as they were undergoing renovations was transferred to the iStay. Overall great location. Nice sized rooms and property. Could do with a bit of a makeover to freshen it up and little. Bathroom looked as though however it had not been cleaned for some time with mould in shower including grout, door and soap holder.

Room 2302. Lovely spot but a couple of complaints about the unit - shower nozzle wouldn’t stay in place- kept falling - had to tie it in knots. Kitchen sink plug useless - kept losing washing up water. Wet tiles and slippery! Even before all the rain! Beautiful pool and lovely guy on reception on Sunday morning.
