Reception and restaurant staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful, especially Danielle on reception, just gorgeous and helpful.

After going through the cyclone that hit our area and out of power for over seven days, it was amazing to take a night away with our family just to relax, use the pool and unwind after such a stressful situation. The staff were incredible and it’s just such a beautiful spot. I Would highly recommend any family or couple wanting to get away to go there.

Great hotel and location Only negative was that there aren’t car parks for all guests in the secure parking. So advertised as secure parking it was disappointing to arrive and be told it’s first in with the car parking as this was the reason I booked.

Let me jump straight to the negatives, because that is what you are all here to read. This hotel was advertised as having free onsite parking. This is somewhat true. However, what you don't know until you arrive is that they have more rooms than parks, so the parking is on a 'good luck, hope you get in before we run out' basis. And if you get a park, then you have to decide if you will stay trapped in walking distance of the hotel, or risk losing your park to drive elsewhere. The other issue is there is a bar on the roof and also on the ground floor, and the hotel rooms are trapped between. So it's noisy; don't expect to get to sleep early.

So So Happy we choose Sebel for our stay. The Lazy Sunday late check out was just perfect for us. We did not need to (and unfortunately we could not)stay overnight again but this late checkout allowed us to come back and pack up AFTER the event we were going to that ended at 2 pm. So we were able to leisurely leave by approx. 4pm What a great service well worth the $60 extra we paid. So impressed with the Hotel overall..Dinah (Moggill)

Functions staff very rude, most staff unhappy and did not leave a good vibe. Beds uncomfortable but the rooms were nice. Restaurant staff were great.
