최악의 호텔... 나쁜 서비스 리셉셔니스트, 사기꾼이에요, 체크인과 체크아웃을 위해 기계를 사용해야 해요, 체크아웃 후 직불카드로 보증금을 넣어야 해요, 그들은 당일에 이체하거나 내일 받을 거라고 했지만 3일째까지 보증금을 받지 못했어요, 호텔에 여러 번 전화했는데 픽업하지 않았어요.. 조식은 알라카드로 매우 나쁘고, 그들은 작은 폴리스트린(버거 폴리스트린)을 넣었고, 메뉴는 닭고기나 계란이 없는 국수만 있었고, 나시레막 반 계란만 있었어요. 저는 거의 200링깃을 냈지만, 예산 호텔처럼 나빴어요, 방이 너무 작고 더러웠어요.. 이이이이이, 저는 절대 다시는 돌아오지 않을 거예요... 보증금이 환불되지 않아서 경찰에 신고할 거예요

Near to the place I needed to go. For the price pay for the room can't complaint much even come with simple breakfast except for the toilet ventilation need to improve have strong unpleasant smell. Overall still alright.

If can improve your breakfast services.because today all customers just get a pack of nasi lemak/mihun/fried rice with small portions..it seems like packed from other restaurants..please improve to buffet style breakfast..it’s not worth pay breakfast..so disappointed

Hotel Location is very really good right next to centrum shopping Mall. First I need to appreciate the Indian bro Supervisor he came to pick up me fron Tanah Rata really appreciated his service. Staff is really helpful. Amenities wise has to be improved which is Tooth Past and Mineral water inside the Room. Thank you Guys will visit you again for sure. ♥️🔥
