Innit Rooms Ocean Breeze

This is a great location, a few minutes from the sea, central Kemptown, on good bus routes plus walkable too. The staff were helpful and I met Dana one of the staff when I arrived and had a warm welcome. I needed to contact them via text and they always got back to me and were very helpful. Good value room and had everything I needed. I would stay again and recommend. Thanks the Sea Breeze team 😁

Contrary to other reviews. Our room was clean. Beds freshly made and the shower was fine. A no frills hotel. But everything you needed for a decent night's sleep. Bed was comfortable, but quite low to the ground. Close to local shops and lots of places to eat. Not too far from the sea front. Only down side would be the parking situs in Brighton. Car park prices are exorbitant. £35 for 24 hours. Met by polite and helpful member of staff. Pleasant stay. Would recommend

This hotel was perfect for our weekend in Brighton. Close to everything we wanted. Very basic but functional as we only wanted the room to sleep, it didn’t need to be large. Would stay there again.

Hotel was super close to the sea front and very convenient for the city centre. Only stayed one night for a gig on the beach so was perfect for this.

If you want a no thrills cheap guest room this is perfect. I was very disappointed to find there wasn't any parking as stated on the website. However there was a carpark about 5 minutes away, £20 for 24 hours. The room is OK for summer but I wouldn't want to stay in the colder months as the windows don't close. It is close to shops and bus stops etc and very close to the seafront which is why I would stay again. I'd just come more prepared and bring my own bedding as their sheets are huge and the quilts are tiny so end up with a bit of sheet each and a lump between you. It was clean and pretty big, I liked that we had a sofa and a 2 seater table. Very reasonable pricing compared to Bournemouth.

Lovely hotel but book parking Wonderful stay at the hotel. Really clean and comfortable. The only issue was parking as I didn't realise you had to book parking before you arrive, so spent an hour getting through Brighton to find parking I had to book online through Just Park. Great stay otherwise!
